Take a nice deep breath in.

Hold your arms up and fill your belly.

Make sure you're feeling the full sensation of your breath.

Close your eyes.

Sit up straight.

Roll your shoulders back and down.

Three rounds.

Three quick rounds.

Nice big inhalation.

Exhale.

Again,

Inhale.

Exhale through your nose this time.

One last inhalation.

And on this exhalation of this one,

You're going to sustain the breath as long as you can.
