This is the first option of two tracks produced for the specific purpose of working with your spirit guide. Option 1 creates the space for you to work with your guide or guides. It can be used repeatedly to meet with a guide and allows for time to interact as may be appropriate for you. Welcome to this guided meditation intended to help you to engage with your spirit guides.

Relax and let go as this is the way to that sanctuary within where you will find all the answers you need.

And as you begin to settle down,

Perhaps already feeling like you would prefer to close your eyes,

Take a few moments to bring yourself into a state of gratitude.

Gratitude for the small things and for the experiences throughout your life that have brought you this far.

As you now choose to engage with those who have guided you for as long as you can remember and before.

And as you bring your awareness to your breathing,

Perhaps now letting your eyes close if they have not closed already,

You can begin to let go of all that is not needed.

And with every breath confirming your intention to meet with a spirit guide with whom it is most appropriate to work today.

As you allow your subconscious mind to begin to facilitate the meeting,

It knows where to take you and you know how to get there.

For now,

Just breathe.

Expressing life with every breath.

You get to choose to breathe fully,

Deeply or to just allow the breath to happen.

Which will it be for you now?

It doesn't matter.

As long as you breathe,

You are alive,

Thriving,

Loving and joyful.

So just let that breathing continue as your subconscious mind begins to pay attention to what is.

While your conscious mind is already drifting off somewhere else.

As if right now it can explore wherever it wants to go.

Drifting away.

And when those intrusive thoughts come along,

As they tend to do,

Just be their witness before you let them float away.

You are not your thoughts.

So just acknowledge that they are there and allow them to be.

Observing them,

Making no effort to engage with any of them.

And sending them on their way.

As you turn your powerful focus inward to what matters.

To the amazing experience that your subconscious mind may already be preparing for you.

Knowing where you are headed.

Are you feeling excitement growing somewhere deep inside?

Is it for you as if a special moment has arrived and you are about to embrace the experience more easily and comfortably than you ever imagined?

Feeling fully alive.

It's so relaxed.

Your body already understands that the more you let go,

The more it can relax.

And the more benefit there will be.

Will you allow your body to receive this benefit?

Perhaps you're wondering how deep you can go.

As this may already be happening for you at a level that surprises you.

And I wonder to what extent you are aware of the body's ability to just melt into its space.

To just spread its energy,

Connecting with all that is.

And perhaps you might already be exploring your own ability to relax deeply.

More and more able to access those deep levels.

That's right.

It might be a good time to check in on the body's progress in letting go.

Following your instruction to relax.

Maybe you prefer to do your check from the top of your head.

Letting that sense of ease and comfort drift down all the way to the tips of your toes.

At a pace that suits you.

Or maybe for you,

It is best to draw energy from the earth.

Letting it surge up your body,

Almost caressing your muscles.

Freeing each and every cell from stress and tension as it moves up all the way.

As you now go all the way,

Reaching a level of comfort that may surprise even you.

Letting yourself float in an ocean of awareness and lightness of being.

For a moment being fully aware of the heaviness of your limbs,

Your eyelids.

Yet feeling light as a feather.

As you allow your awareness to expand.

Into a state where you have access to all you need.

And all that is.

That's right.

Now you are ready to work on that issue that you have decided to address with your spirit guide today.

Who knows if you will need the help of more than one of your spirit friends.

Whatever is presented to you,

Undertake to yourself to be open to what is to be revealed.

And to respect what is not.

Trusting that all is as it should be.

And that you will be guided only to your benefit and highest good.

And if you will,

And before you allow yourself to sink away into a state of deep comfort and ease,

Formulate your issue or your question in your mind.

And directly ask that your guide will come to help you with this today.

Make an appointment to meet your guide in your special place.

And know that your guide will be there,

Waiting.

Now just imagine yourself standing in front of a magnificent stone arch.

There is a soft blue light shining through it,

Inviting you to step forward and into the light,

In your own time.

And as you step through that stone arch,

It is as if the blue light cleanses every part of your being.

Rinsing away all those things that do not belong,

That are not needed.

So just allow it to happen.

Just let go.

Feel your body healing.

Your beautiful mind opening,

Expanding fully into who you truly are.

It is as if you become that blue light.

And from that space,

Feel yourself beginning to float gently upwards.

Now,

Softly lifting right through the beautiful blue light,

Becoming even more relaxed,

More comfortable.

Until eventually,

You realize that you've stopped floating up.

And you find yourself at the bottom of a magnificent,

Magical staircase,

Ready to take you up into your special space.

As I now count from 1 to 10,

Find yourself moving up your staircase,

Lifting your vibration as you go.

With every step,

You already know that in that space,

You have access to so much.

To all that is.

To what you are seeking.

One.

And as you begin to move upwards,

Reaffirm your intention to interact with your spirit guide.

Two.

Silently express what it is that you wish to work on.

Three.

Feeling excited,

Knowing that for you,

All things are possible.

Four.

Drawing closer.

Feeling light.

So light.

Almost floating up those stairs.

Five.

And six.

Opening up to receive what is about to be shared.

Seven.

Feeling so grateful.

So ready.

Eight.

Understanding that in our gratitude,

Lie the seeds of our abundance.

Nine.

Opening up to receive.

And ten.

As you now step into that special place,

You know that you are part of everything.

And everything is part of you.

And you find it easy,

So very easy,

To open your mind.

To let go of any barriers to memory or learning.

Your guide is waiting.

And as you move into this experience and into that presence,

Engaging with your guide on what you have come to work on,

I'll stay silent.

My voice will call you back when it is time to return.

The time has come for you to return to where your body is waiting.

So just take a moment to thank your guide for the experience.

And as you slowly make your way back to the magical staircase.

Just allow everything that you have learned and experienced to be transferred to your conscious mind.

As I now count from ten to one,

Slowly make your way back down that staircase.

And ten.

Slowly stepping down your staircase,

Moving towards where you need to be.

Nine.

Moving down.

Knowing you are returning to normal awareness at a pace that is comfortable for you.

Eight.

Becoming more and more aware of your surroundings now.

Knowing that your experience has expanded your awareness for your benefit.

Seven.

Feeling a wave of energy moving up through your body,

Revitalizing you.

Six.

As you perhaps register gratitude in your heart for what you have received.

Five.

Knowing that your experience has already integrated into your conscious mind.

So that you can remember every detail should you wish to.

Four.

Becoming aware of your body,

The room around you.

Three.

Getting ready to return to full social awareness,

Wiggling your toes.

Two.

Preparing to open your eyes on the next count.

And one.
