I am Michael and as you rest there now breathing in and breathing out allow yourself to feel the energy of your breath reaching from heaven bringing it down through your body all the way down to earth down into the roots of the earth and as you breathe in and breathe out take five deep sighs of breath breathing in love from all around you and breathing out what no longer serves you breathing in divine love all the way around you bringing that love and that light into your body into your cells into your blood into your bones and on the out breath releasing the day's worries breathing in and sighing out and as you continue to breathe in and sighing out feeling free to swallow scratch or adjust at any time and sigh and as you realize that just as the Eagle searches for solitude you are here during this time finding solitude and now I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of everyone who is listening to this audio allowing your body to relax even deeper now adjust and release energy in any way that is appropriate for you that's right I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear from the top to the bottom that central core of myself and each person listening and as you rest there Archangel Michael begins to clear not just the central core but the aura of myself and everyone listening all the way around 40 feet above and below in front and behind to the sides and all the way around cleaning and clearing any anxiety or stress letting go of any worries or guilt blame or shame and just notice that light of the divine filling your aura all the way around above and below and I'm asking Archangel Raphael to come be with us now come be with us now asking Raphael to put a bubble a bubble around that aura of yours and of mine around that clean clear energy and finally asking Archangel Michael to put protection around that bubble as you breathe in and breathe out breathing in light and love all the way into your bones breathing out the day's stress or anxiety sending it back to earth or heaven as you choose and rest there and now I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core energy of this room that I'm in and the room that you are in and I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the entire space clearing the aura energy of my space and your space 40 feet above below in back and front to the sides feeling a vibration now a clean clear vibration and I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble of protection around my space now and your space now and asking Michael to put protection around that bubble and just feel into your body now as you breathe in and breathe out and feel that white light energy a stream of energy from the heavens up above just floating across the sky as if the heavens up there were opening just for you and you just now notice that beneath your feet the crystalline grid in mother earth down below is opening up for your roots your roots to sink down to the center of the earth and now feel your breath connecting from heaven breathing in the white divine light down through your crown chakra and let that in breath flow all the way down through your body all the way down through your feet and your toes down to the center of the earth so that each breath is connecting you between heaven and earth and earth to heaven as you breathe in and breathe out and I'm asking inside this clean energy now for your spiritual team to come be with you now in your space and I'm asking my spiritual team to come be with me now in my space and you notice the angels and the archangels the ascended masters and the guides whoever is on your spiritual team arriving right there as you are opening sacred space within that bubble of protection and as you breathe in and breathe out Michael is showing you that up above in that flow of light that divine white light across the sky there up above you is an eagle an eagle that is there just for you and you realize that that eagle is watching you watching you with its higher vision and you become aware that there is a communication going on between you and Archangel Michael and the eagle and the eagle is beckoning to you beckoning to you to come up to his perspective to float up above your life and Archangel Michael is guiding you guiding you up to that height where the eagle is and from that perspective you look down you look down at your life you look down at the earth and the beauty that is there and as you are floating there up above your life Archangel Michael and the eagle are pointing out things that perhaps you hadn't noticed you notice the peace and the calm up here as if there is a quiet and solitude and you begin to become aware that this is why the eagle is so focused because up here in this place of calm he fills himself with solitude and as you look down with the eagle the Archangel Michael points to your body and you realize that there is a beautiful color of solitude a calmness that is beginning to fill you almost as if somewhere floating in the atmosphere this beautiful quality of solitude has just been waiting to find you and you notice that color because it's almost as if it is a mist or a soft cloud that's filling you from the top of your head and it's floating down into your brain and your thoughts it's floating down into your eyes and your ears so that you're beginning to experience life from a different perspective from a new perspective of calm peace and solitude and as that feeling of solitude fills you you begin to notice a fragrance that goes along with that color and it is the fragrance that takes you to an even deeper place of calm and that fragrance might be from a flower or it might be from an essential oil or it might be from your childhood almost as if that fragrance were taking you to a place of calm that you have known forever notice now that place of calm and perhaps that memory from a long time ago of that fragrance that is so special to you is floating through your mind and as you're smelling that fragrance you notice a portal of light almost like a walkway and there's a bench sitting there in that portal of light and the light is shining right on the bench you notice that the eagle is offering to you the opportunity to sit down and make yourself comfortable in this place of quiet solitude and the eagle is asking you to look inside wanting you to look for something inside that you may have been wallowing in perhaps something that you have been hanging on to a judgment or blame of some kind use your intuition and find that place inside of you it might be stress or it might be anxiety it might be fear it might be thoughts that belong to someone else purge any lower energies any judgment or blame release any negative that's been absorbed from our society and if you need to dissolve any energetic cords or threads from other people and situations release any psychic energy that does not belong to you anything that in the past you may have felt hesitant about releasing release that now and feel the cleanness inside your body and as you feel calmer and cleaner realize that now is your time that you're giving yourself permission to know your guides and your angels are watching over you knowing that archangel michael is right there beside eagle and you realize now is the time that your energy is being upgraded that's right higher vision being given to you by eagle and as you let go surrender to the increased energy the eagle is explaining to you that you cannot have the wisdom upgrade until you release the hurt and as you're releasing hurt from the inside of your heart you realize that the eagle is filling that place and building a beautiful nest inside inside your heart and perhaps you're watching as the eagle builds the nest and you ponder that thought you ponder the thought of what this could possibly mean why would an eagle be building a nest as you sit there on this beautiful bench in this portal of light and you notice that the eagle is working diligently completing that nest inside and finally finally that nest is finished and inside the eagle puts an eagle feather an eagle feather and an egg into that nest and as you watch and listen as the eagle is watching and listening that egg opens and it is filled with the white light that spark of the divine that spark of the divine that created you that you and your presence that energy that is you is in that nest being nurtured and that light that is you is growing larger and larger within you filling your body with joy and as your body is being filled with joy now notice that spark of the divine notice it flowing into your mind and all the while eagle is watching as that spark grows and becomes larger and you begin to ponder this thought why the spark of the divine is flowing into your mind and into your eyes and you realize that eagle is upgrading your mind's eye that eagle is upgrading your mind and your consciousness eagle is upgrading your connection and eagle is upgrading your ability to see all of your senses are being upgraded to experience the here and the now and you give yourself permission now knowing that your guides and your angels are watching over you knowing that archangel michael is right beside eagle and allow yourself to surrender to the upgrade surrender to the increased energy surrender to the healing that is happening right now as you breathe in and breathe out and eagle is encouraging you to watch your breath now and to realize how large it is now as you breathe in light and love from the heavens and you breathe out down into the earth and once again breathe in from the earth now bringing it up to the heavens and watch that flow up through the top of your head up through the top of your head to heaven and as you're aware of this upgrade as you're aware of surrendering surrendering to something new that is opening you up to your divine consciousness and you befriend yourself and you might be saying to yourself that in the past you were procrastinating and playing small but now now you befriend the eagle and you have new vision from up above and you may have been saying to yourself that you're not good enough or you may have been judging yourself but now you're befriending the eagle and you're looking at yourself from the eagle's perspective and you may have been listening to what other people say if they judge you and you may have been listening to your own critical voice but now you befriend the eagle and you bring in solitude inside yourself and you may have been feeling self-doubt and you may have been feeling like a failure but now you befriend the eagle and you acknowledge all of this growth you recognize that you are further along than you thought and you surrender to this upgrade you surrender to this knowing that is within you you surrender to the wisdom as you befriend the eagle as you rest and settle there and you trust your instincts more and more as you realize that you can navigate this journey by using your intuition any time that you want and you can always call upon eagle asking any time for another upgrade allowing yourself to realize that all one needs do is ask and as you feel that infusion of light and wisdom into your body and your bones and your blood let it course through your entire being as you begin to come back now as i count from one up to five one coming back more and more into the room two knowing that you can come back to this place at any time that you choose three knowing that this is your journey four wiggling your fingers and your toes and five gently opening your eyes when you're ready
