Welcome to Breathe With Me,
Kaelin Brie.
I'm Kaelin,
And I'll be breathing with you.
It's time to settle in and get comfortable.
Sit or lie down,
Whatever you feel is best for your meditation.
Today we are opening a beautiful connection to Mother Earth,
So just sit back and ground your energy in this moment.
Close your eyes,
Let's begin with a few deep breaths.
In through the nose,
Hold at the top,
And out through your mouth,
Slowing the breath.
Another one deep breath in to the belly,
Holding at the top,
And releasing it all through the mouth,
With a sigh this time.
Good.
Let's do one more deep breath,
The biggest breath you've taken today.
Just hold it and breathe it all the way out,
Slowly like you're breathing through a straw.
And just let my voice be your voice,
And breathe with me.
Today I set the intention of connection to nature,
Earth,
Air,
Fire,
And water.
Today I breathe into this moment of connection,
With a hand on my heart,
I listen.
What is it that I need today to feel supported,
To feel connected,
And grounded?
I breathe into strength,
Like the roots of a tree.
I breathe into clarity,
Like the branches in the wind.
I breathe into resilience,
Like the leaves that fall and regrow.
I breathe into warmth,
Like the sun on my shoulders.
I breathe into joy,
Like the birds' song.
I breathe into hard work,
Like the ants that carry the food.
I am grounded.
I breathe into the dirt beneath my feet,
Knowing I am connected,
Supported.
And I breathe into the beautiful blue sky above,
Grateful.
Today I am fully grounded,
Rooted in support of all things,
One with Mother Earth.
And so it is.
