After relaxing the body, we invite in a felt sense of love, peace, and your own goodness. The meditation ends with 5 minutes of music that gently fades out at the end.

Transcript

Allow yourself to find a comfortable seat,

Either sitting upright or lying down.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Letting your whole body relax on the exhale,

Releasing any residual tension or stress from your day this far,

Inviting a sense of full release,

Full relaxation to spread through your body.

Beginning at the top of your head,

Visualizing a golden light,

Spreading down as if it was being poured like rich honey,

All the way down the top of your head,

Over your forehead,

Relaxing and releasing,

Soothing any tension.

Feeling that warm light spread down your face,

Releasing through your jaw,

In the back of your head and your neck,

Just letting go.

Feeling that gentle relaxation spread down your neck and shoulders,

Down your upper arms,

Your lower arms,

And into your hands,

Relaxing any tightness or tension in your hands.

And seeing that light spread down your chest,

Your upper back,

Releasing through your heart center,

Your solar plexus,

All the way down through your navel center,

Full relaxation,

Letting all of the tightness in your stomach,

Your core,

Just release with this warm,

Gentle light.

Feeling it move down your lower back,

Your low belly,

Into your pelvis and your hips,

Letting go of anything tight or tense in your glutes,

Letting your muscles just melt into the surface beneath you.

Spreading down now through your thighs,

The backs of your legs,

All the way down over your knees and into your calves,

That soothing,

Warm light,

Spreading down now into your feet,

Letting go of any tension in your feet,

All the way down to your toes.

And taking a moment now to feel your whole body at once,

The top of your head to the tips of your toes,

Fully immersed in this warm light,

Fully relaxed,

Your whole body in a state of gentle surrender.

And having drained all of the tension and stress from your body,

Feel yourself being filled up by love,

By peace,

By the deep and patient wisdom of your own truth.

Feel the comfort of knowing that there is nothing you need to do.

In this moment,

You are whole.

You are complete.

You are allowed to be exactly as you are.

Let yourself feel this truth.

Let yourself savor your own goodness.

Feeling the wholeness,

The fullness of your being.

Feeling in this state for as long as you want.

Letting yourself savor these sensations.

Fully immersed in the bliss of being you.
