If you’ve been stuck in mental looping, negative thinking, and over-analyzing, this meditation is for you. We will practice acceptance and self-compassion for a challenging situation that is causing distress, frustration, or anxiety. Together we will access the sensations in the body that are holding the key to emotional release and explore how self-soothing and self-acceptance can facilitate healthy release. Note: I recommend professional support for experiences of trauma and unprocessed grief.
