Welcome to this sleep meditation.
I will wake you up for a peaceful night's sleep ahead.
Now is the time for you to completely let go.
Allowing any thoughts or concerns from the day to just melt away.
Focusing on the breath.
Slowly inhale through the nose.
And as you breathe in you begin to feel your entire body relaxing.
And then slowly exhaling out through the nose.
Letting go.
And just begin to feel your entire body sinking deeply into your bed.
And notice your head resting softly on your pillow.
Just breathing in again through the nose.
And then slowly exhaling out through the nose.
Just letting go.
Just releasing any tension that you may be feeling in the body.
Noticing all the muscles in the face and around the jaw.
Slowly begin to loosen.
And feeling your shoulders and your arms.
Totally relaxed.
Your mind is clear and at peace.
Taking another deep breath in through the nose.
And feeling the air fill you with inner peace.
And then just slowly exhaling out.
Letting go and completely surrendering.
And finding the silence within.
And feeling the contentment of your body.
Sinking deeply into your bed.
And start to notice your eyelids feeling heavy.
Allowing your breath to become more and more deeper.
Your whole body feels at peace.
And your mind is at peace.
As you drift off into a blissful state of sleep.
Just completely letting go.
And just feel yourself floating.
Softly like fluffy clouds.
Drifting on by.
As you continue to feel each natural breath calm in you.
Breathing in through the nose.
And feeling that breath.
Sending each part of the body into a deep relaxed state.
And as you slowly breathe out.
You begin to drift off more and more.
Feeling your body become lighter and lighter.
Your whole body feels at peace.
And your mind is at peace.
As you drift off into a blissful state of sleep.
Just completely letting go.
And just feel yourself floating.
