Transcript

I invite you now to close your eyes too and take three lovely deep breaths,

Filling your lungs all the way up and then releasing and relaxing.

Another deep breath breathing all the way up and out and again.

Fill your lungs up and breathe out.

It is through stillness and reflection that we find our answers.

It is through staring into the deep blue sky we find our now.

It is in learning to surrender that we realise that all we need is within us.

Let go and surrender.

Let go of the grasp of the day,

Of the week,

Of the year,

Of external influences.

Let go.

Let go of the time.

Let go of your name.

For now have no name,

No age,

No job title,

No responsibilities.

I wonder if you recognise who you are without all of those things influencing you.

You are your song,

Your whole song in you.

You are beautiful.

And as you rest and relax and be at ease within this moment in time I wonder,

I wonder if you can think about all the nature that surrounds you.

How nature and mother earth is here to teach us so much.

How she guides us when we are still and how when we listen we are given the answers to our longing questions.

How when we listen and watch nature we can learn.

When we look through the seasons we see how winter is our down time.

A time of reflection,

Of saying goodbye to the old and getting ready to invite the new in.

A time for cosy jumpers,

Big fluffy socks,

Beautiful scented candles and hot steaming drinks.

A time to rest and just be.

And then spring comes along and mother nature shows us it's time for new life,

New beginnings,

New directions.

A time for fresh air,

Fresh duffadils and tulips.

A time for watching new growth,

A new year blossom and the wonder of what new will come for you.

A time for hope,

A time for reflection and new beginnings.

Summer is a time to enjoy all of the wonder of what nature has brought for you.

The sunshine,

The warmth,

The sitting and simply being present.

A time for walking on the beach and allowing the water to touch your toes and the wind to blow through your hair like nice and bright mornings.

And then it's now,

Autumn on the horizon,

The season of letting go,

The season of releasing and putting the bags down that you've carried for the past year.

Allowing new learnings to develop within but also knowing it's okay to let go.

Let go of any fear,

Let go of any sadness,

The pain of the past and anything unwanted that has happened.

As the trees change their colour,

They show you that you too can change.

And as the trees drop their leaves,

Watch as the leaves float down,

Caressed by the wind,

Changing direction,

Showing you that you too can change your direction.

The seasons show us so much,

They teach us how to live,

That with life comes a number of ups and downs,

Ebbs and flows.

If we followed nature's direction,

Our lives would be accepting of all the seasons it brings to us.

And when something feels challenging,

Trust in the knowledge that the universe is working and reordering something in your life that is to come your way.

Sometimes you have to let go of the hold stress has upon our physical body.

Release the stress and hold it has over you.

Take three deep breaths.

Your soul loving you.

Notice the perfection of your own skin.

And as you do can you remember,

Long ago that you were born free,

Born free but now that has been forgotten.

Free to be at peace,

To be balanced,

To be you.

The you that you were born to be,

The you that you are destined to be.

The you who flows and gives and glides and feels good and free and at peace and loved and whole and needed and wanted.

The you that is you who feels good,

Who feels well,

Who feels balanced.

If you don't feel in that balanced place right now and in your life,

Notice in your body where that is.

Notice where the frustration is held.

Is it in your chest,

Your stomach,

Your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your head or does it cover a larger area?

Feel it now.

Recognise the feeling you have and notice it there.

I feel you.

I see you.

I feel your fear,

Your worry for me.

I hear your concerns but it's my time now.

Thank you for trying to protect me,

For trying to guide me but I know that now it's time for this voice to quieten down and today I'm allowing the edges of these uninvited feelings to soften,

To melt away.

For today I begin my new journey of listening to me who was born free.

It's time to experience a gentle immersion to life,

To recognise the love that surrounds you.

It loves you and cares for you.

So often we offer others our love and we forget to hold some for ourselves.

Place your hand upon your heart.

Tell yourself you love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

Feel it deep,

Deep inside your soul.

Feel it surge through your body soul connection.

I love you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Feel your heart beating.

You are enough.

You are enough.

That was so beautiful! I’ve been laying here going thru mediation after meditation and nothing was relaxing me or calming my mind. I’m going thru a lot of pain, both mentally and physically and was finding it very difficult to concentrate. I stumbled across this and your voice almost instantly put my mind and body at ease. That was so beautiful! Thank you! I was moved to tears by this thoughtful and loving meditation. Out of the Hundreds of meditations I’ve done, this is is one of my favorites. I love how you cycled through the seasons and described them. That incredible piano piece at the end coupled with the self love affirmation pried me wide open. I felt so much vulnerability, compassion and love, I just can’t thank you enough.
