Welcome to Charm Words,

Your daily reminder to be good to yourself and others.

My name's Zola,

And together,

We're going to breathe in the good,

Breathe out the bad,

And use words to remind ourselves of our worth.

Love is endless.

There are an infinite number of reasons why we should appreciate ourselves.

But no matter what those super cool reasons are,

Let's show ourselves love simply because we deserve it.

Today's charm words are about celebrating ourselves.

While we deserve care from others,

We especially deserve it from ourselves.

Love makes the world go around,

And we're all entitled to it.

Let's do some belly breathing,

Then we'll do our affirmations.

When you breathe in,

Use your nose and keep your shoulders still.

Once your belly fills up like a balloon,

Breathe out through your mouth by just letting go.

In through the nose,

Out through the mouth.

Ready?

Take a gentle,

Deep breath slowly through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

One more time.

Breathe in and breathe out.
