Hello and welcome to this quick and energizing practice to reset your energy and to come back to your center.
Wherever you are,
Settle in,
Relax your shoulders,
Soften your body.
And if it's comfortable for you,
Close your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly.
And invite a full,
Deep breath into your body.
Filling up that space,
Feeling the expansion.
And then open your mouth and with a sigh or a sound,
Let that breath go.
Wonderful.
Take another full,
Deep breath in.
Feel the rising of your hands on your belly and your chest as you breathe in here.
Open mouth,
Exhale,
Let it all out.
Three more.
Take a full,
Deep breath in.
Nourishing your body with this fresh breath,
This fresh energy,
This moment of presence.
And full breath out through the mouth,
Letting it go.
Again,
Take a nice,
Deep breath in.
Feel the space within you,
Full of potential,
Creativity,
Full of love,
Compassion.
And then exhale,
Feel yourself giving some of that love,
Compassion,
And creativity to the world.
And for the fifth breath in here,
Draw your inhale into your body,
Inviting in whatever you need more of today.
Maybe energy,
Maybe stillness,
Maybe joy,
Maybe ease.
Anything you need,
Draw it in,
Hold it in,
Hold your breath at the top.
And then open your mouth and let it go.
Knowing that your intention for today has been set.
And whatever you need is coming to you with every breath you take.
