So let's dive into the meditation.
Closing your eyes,
Just dropping your attention inward.
If it's available for you and it feels safe and comfortable,
Closing your eyes otherwise just turning your attention softly inward,
Being with yourself,
Focusing inward.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Notice,
Observe any sensations in your body,
Anything that's coming up that wants to be felt.
Maybe anything that is arising from either your current situation or something that's just come to pass,
Acknowledge it and know that there will be time to come back to bring your attention to this,
Following this meditation,
But setting the intention now to focus into the future,
Into the version of you who is living your next level.
So you might want to begin with a few heart expanding breaths just to get your energy primed and to come into that feeling space,
To come into the heart expansion state.
So bringing your attention from your abdomen into your heart,
Taking a deep inhale,
The same as your belly expanding on the inhale,
Your heart space also expanding,
Radiating outward.
Exhale that white crystal clear light filling you up from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.
Inhale,
Heart expanding,
Surrounding you in that love and light.
Exhale,
White light cleansing your energy from within.
You can continue that breath,
Your focus in your heart space for a few more breaths if you like.
And then into this space that you've created within you and around you,
I invite you to call in your future self.
Keep with the version of you at your next level.
Maybe that's a month from now,
A few months from now,
Later this year or down the road sometime.
Wherever your focus goes,
Trust your intuition.
Notice that there is something here for you to tune into and to receive guidance from.
And as you connect with this vision,
What do you see around you?
Sometimes it's a visualization,
It's a very clear picture we can see.
Sometimes it's just more of a feeling,
A vibe that we can connect to.
There may be details,
There may be not.
Either way,
It's perfect.
What you're doing here is creating space to connect with that future version of you.
And some things to consider are where are you in this vision,
In this future reality?
Try not to question too much with your mind,
But rather feel with your body.
Where does your imagination go right now?
Your imagination is so closely linked with your intuition.
Allow yourself to surrender to it,
Surrender to the vision.
What do you feel?
What do you sense?
What do you believe?
In this future reality,
In what you're envisioning,
Imagining in this moment,
Are you with anyone or are you alone?
What do your surroundings look and feel like?
Are you outdoors or are you indoors?
What does your body look and feel like in this reality?
What feels important to you?
What type of impact are you having in your work,
In your creativity?
What do your relationships look and feel like?
What do people call you?
Is there a name,
A nickname,
A title that people have for you?
What are you doing for work in this future reality?
What lights you up in your creativity?
What do you love to do that fills you up like nothing else?
What does your bank account look and feel like?
What kind of car do you drive?
Where do you live?
Can you picture yourself there now?
Imagining opening the front door,
How does it feel to be home?
Is there anyone there waiting for you when you arrive home?
What do you love to do more than anything?
What lights you up?
Notice where your imagination is going.
It may be connected to these prompts or it may be completely separate.
Allow yourself to go there and to allow the details to become more clear.
Knowing that right now you don't need to know how this could come to be.
Your only job right now is to feel already living this reality.
How does it feel?
Allowing that to radiate,
To surround you,
To fill you up with that sensation of being that future version of you now.
And know that if you can feel this,
If you can imagine it,
It means it's available for you.
And by connecting into this vision,
You're connecting to the reality that already exists where you are living this life.
Connecting to that version of you who has already brought it to life.
What wisdom does she have?
What would she like you to know now?
You might take an opportunity to ask her for any guidance,
Ask her for clarity on any matter.
To allow deeper intuition to come into your awareness.
Using any steps,
Any ideas for you to follow through on,
For you to take.
Allow any aligned action,
Any guidance to drop in now.
You have all the answers inside of you to bring this to you in your reality now.
What you envision wants to be created by you.
You are always guided and always supported to bring it to life.
And you can connect to this future vision,
To this version of you who's already living it and has all the answers anytime.
Often it's as simple as just dropping in and asking for guidance,
For help,
For clarity,
For support.
So I invite you to come back to your breath knowing that any guidance that was meant for you in this moment has been received.
Taking a big deep inhale.
Exhale,
Relax,
Surrender,
Releasing anything that no longer aligns with where you're heading.
Inhale,
Filling up your energy field with this expansive openness,
This excitement for what's to come.
And exhale that cleansing white light shining down on the crown of your head and filling up your body,
Releasing,
Cleansing anything that's ready to be released.
Inhale,
Big heart expanding breath opening,
Radiating from your heart space.
And exhale,
Releasing,
Cleansing,
Filling up your body with that white light.
You can take a few more deep breaths here.
On the inhale,
Your belly expanding.
On the exhale,
Belly falls,
Relaxing more and more,
Aligning to this feature vision,
Aligning with your future self.
And when this feels complete for you,
When you feel ready,
You can open your eyes.
