Transcript

Shifting out of a funky vibe.

So just take a moment and close your eyes.

Just feeling what you're feeling.

I'm not going to ask you to get into some super expansive lovey-dovey happy space right now because you might be angry.

You might be frustrated.

You might be feeling like things just aren't working in your favour right now.

So I invite you just to breathe.

Dropping inward,

Taking a big deep breath.

Maybe sighing on the out breath.

See if you can release some tension in your shoulders,

Your face,

Your neck,

Or wherever else you might be holding onto tension in your body.

And I invite you to just take a moment and notice what you're feeling right now.

Maybe you can tune into some physical sensations.

Maybe you're aware of your thoughts around the matter at hand.

But I encourage you to stay present with what you're feeling and thinking now rather than projecting into the past on why you feel this way,

What caused it.

None of that is happening right now.

All that's happening right now is you're sitting here listening to this meditation and tuning in.

The fact that you're here listening to this meditation,

That you're willing to shift from the funky vibe that you've been feeling is already beginning the process of shifting in.

You're here listening to this because you know it's important that you feel better.

You know you feel better when you feel better.

Being in a space where things feel tight and constricting and you're in this vibe that doesn't feel very good.

It doesn't feel very good.

And when your focus is on something that doesn't feel good,

The law of attraction brings us more of what doesn't feel good.

So you're here to shift it.

It's what we're going to do right now.

Often it's just that decision to feel better that can begin to attract better feeling thoughts.

The law of attraction works on thoughts and energy just like anything else.

As you think a better feeling thought,

You will attract more better feeling thoughts like attracts like.

How we feel the energetics in our body,

The sensations that we're feeling are deeply connected to the thoughts that we're thinking.

So as you're noticing sensations in your body constriction,

Negative emotions,

Funky vibes.

I invite you to become aware of the thoughts that you're thinking at the same time that these sensations are arising.

Not the situation and not about what is happening externally to you,

But bringing your focus entirely inward.

That is the thought pattern.

And when we feel into or when we become aware of the thought pattern,

Often when we feel negative emotions,

It's because the thought pattern is connected to something that we don't want.

There's always a flip side to that.

There's always a thing or an experience or even a sensation that is wanted in that situation.

So when you catch yourself thinking about the thing that is not wanted,

I invite you to think about what is wanted then?

What would be the solution here?

And why do you want that solution?

So being aware of the solution and what we do want in any circumstance brings our attention to a better feeling thought.

Sometimes what we're feeling feels heavy.

It feels big.

It feels like I can't even get to that place of thinking the solution.

I'm so fired up right now and I just can't get there.

Okay,

Cool.

You can shift that by making the decision to think even just a slightly better feeling thought.

So from where you are right now with whatever you're feeling,

Whatever is going on for you,

What would bring you some relief?

What is something that's maybe not even connected to this situation or this thought pattern?

What is something that would allow you to feel better?

Is there a happy memory that you can go to?

Is there anything about your surroundings right now that you can find that is pleasing?

Take a moment with the intention to feel better and notice anything around you that is pleasing to you that brings you even just a slight amount of relief in the direction of where you want to be.

You don't need to jump there right away into feeling 100% better and over this vibe.

It's just shifting slightly and allowing that momentum to gain,

To grow,

To snowball as better feeling thoughts attract better feeling thoughts and you begin to feel better.

Just think about what you're experiencing in your body,

In your energy fields,

Any lightness any relief,

Any openness and just breathing into that space deep inhale,

Exhale releasing anything you're holding on to that you're ready to let go of.

Taking another deep breath inhale belly expanding.

Exhale belly falls your body relaxing.

One more big deep inhale.

Breathing into that expansion,

Exhale relax even more.

Reminding yourself that simply being here doing this work with the intention to shift your vibration has already begun the shift and you can come back to this anytime.

Sometimes it is as simple as choosing to feel better.

You can say to yourself you might repeat after me now if you feel called.

I am open to shift this.

I'm willing to feel better.

I'm proud of myself for recognizing my funky vibe and being willing to shift it.

Know that as you think even slightly better feeling thoughts in this moment you will attract more and more and more.

You can sit here in this space for as long as you like as long as you feel it is of your benefit.

Continuing to breathe deeply.

If you feel quite a bit of relief this could be an opportunity to take a few heart expanding breaths where on the inhale your heart space expands and on the exhale cleansing your energy with a white light down through the top of your head.

Repeating that as many times as you feel.

And when this feels complete for you when you feel ready you can open your eyes.
