Welcome to this heart healing meditation.
Allow yourself to get comfy whether that's sitting or laying down.
I'll invite you to close your eyes and take three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Visualise yourself walking along a beach.
It's completely secluded,
There's no one around but you feel completely safe.
The temperature is perfect.
You notice birds in the sky.
You find yourself a place to sit down where you can look out onto the ocean.
The waves come and go.
Just as you notice your thoughts coming and going.
You look out in front of you and you notice this energetic bubble.
Almost like a cloud in front of you.
I invite you to bring from your mind any thoughts,
Worries,
Fear that have been playing on your mind.
Transport all of these into that cloud-like bubble.
As you do so,
You notice there's a cord coming out of that bubble.
Almost like a rope.
And as you follow it,
You notice it's attached to your heart.
These thoughts,
Fears,
Worries are the very thing that's weighing heavy on your heart.
They're no longer in your mind anymore.
They're out there in the distance.
I'm going to invite you to imagine a sword cutting this rope.
And as you do so,
The cord dissolves into the sand and the energetic bubble dissipates along with any of those thoughts,
Fears or worries.
You start to feel freer now.
And you notice a green ball of energy right in front of you.
I'm going to invite you to place this green ball of energy into your heart.
As you do so,
This ball of light starts to expand within your heart.
It starts to fill up places within your heart that may have been feeling empty or unloved.
It expands further and further.
You start to notice feelings within your heart.
Might just be a little flutter.
Might be a sensation of aliveness.
Just notice what's happening.
This green healing light continues to expand your heart space.
Notice if your heart has anything to tell you.
As this green light continues to expand,
Go into the places that's needed.
I'm going to bring white healing energy down to the top of your head.
To ensure that your mind can remain free of those thoughts and worries.
Down into your throat so you can speak your truth.
Down into your heart where it merges with the green light.
And as it does so,
You can feel even more sensations.
Bring this light down into your solar plexus where we clear out any feelings of unworthiness.
Down into your sacral.
Clearing it out so you can start to feel joy again.
And down to your root.
Through your legs and feet.
So you can feel secure and steady.
I invite you now to tune back into that heart feeling.
To notice anything else your heart is trying to tell you.
And if nothing's coming up for you today,
Don't worry.
You can come back to this meditation again.
Also know that you can bring this green healing light with you.
And throughout the day,
As you need it,
You can place it in your heart.
When you're ready you can wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes.
And I invite you to take out a journal and write out anything that may have come up for you in this meditation.
