Welcome to this guided meditation for recognizing inner abundance.
Find a comfortable position and coming to a seat.
Rest your hands gently on your thighs or in your lap.
Placing your palms facing upward.
Closing your eyes softly.
Take a deep breath in.
Slowly exhale.
Inviting the body to relax.
Allowing the body to be held.
Connecting with all the areas that are supported by a surface beneath you.
And allowing those areas to grow heavy.
To release.
Allowing the elbows to soften.
Noticing how that draws the shoulders down.
Allowing the wrists to soften.
The chin is slightly tucked and the jaw releases.
All the muscles of the face soften.
All the lines of the face soften.
All the edges of the entire body soften.
Breathing in.
Cultivating ease with your inhales.
Breathing out.
Releasing tension.
Softening into relaxation.
Feeling the steady rise and fall with each breath.
Allowing yourself to become more grounded and more present in this moment.
As you continue to breathe,
Bring your attention inward.
Feel the life force flowing through you.
This life force is your inner abundance.
Notice how it sustains you.
Sustaining you moment by moment.
Recognize that this flow of energy and vitality is a sign of the abundant life already present within you.
Gently bring your awareness to different aspects of your life.
Notice the richness of your experiences.
The love you give and receive.
The wisdom you've gained.
The simple joys that fill your days.
Each of these is a treasure.
A form of abundance.
Already present within you.
Now allow a sense of gratitude to arise for all the abundance within you.
Feel thankful for your breath.
The beat of your heart.
Your mind's capacity to think and reflect.
Your spirit's ability to love and connect.
Let this gratitude fill your entire being.
Imagine a radiant light glowing in the center of your chest.
Representing your inner abundance.
See this light expanding with each breath.
Filling your entire body.
Feel the warmth and richness of this light.
Knowing it is always present within you.
No matter what the external circumstances may be.
Lift your open palms up in front of your chest,
Of your heart space.
Feel the golden light radiating down from above.
There is infinite abundance.
You cannot catch it all.
But you are so thankful for what you can hold in your hands.
Feel yourself holding all the abundance that you can catch.
You can keep your palms lifted or you can rest them once again gently on your lap or on your thighs.
Spending a few moments in silence.
Resting in this awareness of abundance,
Of your abundance.
Allowing yourself to fully embrace the richness of who you are.
And the richness of all that you have within.
Take a deep breath in.
And a full breath out.
Gently bringing awareness back to the body.
Bringing some gentle movement to the fingers,
To the toes,
To the wrists,
To the ankles.
When you are ready,
Gently opening your eyes.
Carry this deep sense of inner abundance with you.
