Transcript

Have you ever spent a pleasant afternoon poolside in the lounge chair,

Enjoying the bright sun and the dance of light sparkling on the surface of the water?

Take a moment now to recreate that feeling inside of yourself.

Stop anything you're doing,

Set your things aside,

And settle into a comfortable position.

Let go of any tension in your body.

Slide into focusing on your breath.

Notice the movement of your breath.

In and out.

In and out.

Which feels lighter to you?

Your inhales or your exhales?

Focus on the part of your breath that feels lighter.

Is it less heavy or is it bright?

Do they actually feel different for you?

Can you take that lightness and shift it slightly into the less easeful parts of your breath?

Gradually moving the energetic feeling toward the other part of your breath.

The only goal is to have both parts of your breath be easeful and brilliant.

Not weighted down by anything distracting,

Not shaded by other thoughts.

Your breath is brilliant and sparkling in its power.

Every inhale illuminates every speck and cranny inside you.

Every exhale chases the heaviness away.

You are a being of glowing luminescence filled with radiant energy.

Take a larger inhale and exhale to transition back into normal breaths.

Keep this feeling of sparkling brilliance inside you today.

You have the power to make every day sunny and bright.
