Christie Vallance is a meditation creator dedicated to helping individuals manage stress. After a wonderful career as a special education teacher, Christie started volunteering with combat veterans at the local VA Center. She also started her company, Inspiring Wellbeing so she could work with individuals. In 2020 when Covid shut down her classes, she began offering meditations on Insight Timer. She is passionate about empowering people to find a balance in their nervous system. She has since retired from her company but enjoys offering tools for everyday calm through her meditations.
