A Meditation on Abundance. Offering you time to sit with yourself, and breathe into the innate abundance that you are, and become more open to receiving the abundance that exists all around us. Be it energetic, or material (money).

Hi folks.

Thanks for joining me for this meditation.

Today's meditation is on abundance.

So first make sure that you're in a comfortable seat.

I often have a meditation cushion up against my bum and if you'd like you're welcome to recline against the wall or sit up against the high back sofa chair to allow your spine to be more comfortable.

I always also like to light a candle to have while I'm meditating.

Make sure it's in a candle safe container.

I have mine in a glass container.

And just allow yourself to find a comfortable seat be it cross-legged or kneeling.

Move your hands a little back and forth on your thighs,

Rolling those shoulders just a little bit and finding yourself sitting more upright with just a little pull to the top of the skull and a gentle drop into your chin so the back of your neck is long.

Let's just take three deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Maintaining that tall spine as we come into the meditation and always letting your breath be your main point of focus.

Just feeling yourself settle,

Shoulders soften and as we meditate and contemplate on the concept of abundance.

I want us to first recognize however we might be feeling about this topic,

Wherever we might be feeling a bit of lack or scarcity.

To recognize that fullness that you already have in life.

Be it able to take a few moments in a comfortable and safe environment to meditate and hopefully that then your home,

The room that you're meditating in is comfortable be it warm on a cool day or be it cool on a hot day.

And just take in that gratitude you have to already afford what sometimes we can just see as a minimal in life but still affording it nonetheless.

And as our mind always will pull on kind of things that we don't have or things that we want.

One thing we always have to recognize that there is an endless amount that we have is in the air and how we breathe.

And that so often our mind will react and tense and go into agitation because a restriction we're on our breath.

And that so often the deeper sense of breathing can kind of soothe our mind.

It doesn't solve the circumstances we might be moving through but it does help to soothe the mind and allow us to be more in a responsive state.

In a state of more faster awareness rather than restricted or limited or tense awareness.

So feel and receive that fullness of the air and that fullness of the mechanism of your breath.

And as well as seeing and feeling within yourself as eyes are closed.

That in the vast amount of space you have within your mind.

And recognizing that abundance that you already have just sitting here right now in the simplicity of air breath and mind space.

And what that all can then be categorized under is the big umbrella term of energy.

And energy is so multifaceted,

Multidimensional.

It comes in so many layers from physical things to our feelings and to then how we're moving and the electromagnetic currents our heart produces into our body.

And so often what our mind gets restricted to and fears a sense of scarcity onto is into the material forms of energy.

The objects that we don't have,

The objects that we want.

And under that object is so often the kind of energetic entity that causes a sense of scarcity which is money.

And you might already then feel as soon as I speak that word how your system might feel from that.

Especially if there's a sense of tension around that.

And recognize that that's okay.

So often our tension around money and finances is really a bit of a misguided awareness on how much we're caring for ourselves.

And how much we're recognizing that despite what we have and what we don't have,

How much we know we are valued for ourselves.

And in that we have this correlation to that value to money.

When actually our value has nothing to do with that number that's in our bank account.

With the numbers of bills we might have to pay.

And with the things we're feeling restricted that we can and cannot afford.

And so something that I'm a firm believer and I work with myself is to recognize that we gain more from recognizing what we already have.

And giving ourselves permission to have space and room to continue to gain more than what we have.

And that there's nothing wrong with wanting more.

But we have to be at a place of enoughness with ourselves.

And recognizing that the abundance we want,

The abundance we feel that we can gain,

Comes from the recognition of the abundance that we already are existing in.

And that abundance of energy feeds abundance of energy.

And so even though we might not feel that in that physical sense of energy,

Be it objects or money,

That there isn't enough.

But recognize there already is a substantial amount.

There is already effort being put in to be in that cycle of exchange and receive it through work and effort to gain that object of money.

That material form of energy that is a currency in our modern world and our economy.

So I want you to be in your head or through soft whispers,

Three times,

Say,

I have enough.

And then just feel that sensation of enoughness in your body.

And then,

Within the center view,

Which is your heart,

I want you to visualize an emanating golden light.

Feel that start to expand throughout your whole body,

Down to the earth,

Up to the crown of your head,

To your front body,

To your back body,

To your right side,

And to your left side.

Visualizing now that emulating golden light from your heart center,

Expanding out past your physical frame.

Now sitting in this golden aura that comes from you and feeling it expand outwards,

Just all around you,

About a meter in its full circumference.

Breathing.

Feeling that golden fullness that you are that's there at your energetic center of your heart.

I want you to now repeat through just within your mind or through gentle whispers,

That I am abundance.

I am abundance.

I am abundance.

Just let yourself feel that migration within you.

I'm adding a third statement of repetition in this meditation.

I am open to receive abundance.

I am open to receive abundance.

I am open to receive abundance.

Just feel that sensation of being open to receiving abundance.

Then we're going to add one more fourth statement of repetition.

From the abundance that I am,

I am open to receive abundance.

From the abundance that I am,

I am open to receive more abundance.

Let's add that more to it.

Two more times.

From the abundance that I am,

I am open to receive more abundance.

From the abundance that I am,

I am open to receive more abundance.

As you breathe,

Feel into that vibration.

Come back to visualizing that emulating golden glow from your heart is radiating out past your physical frame into your energetic aura.

See it starting to grow as it receives abundance from all around you.

Letting that energetic bubble of golden light now start to not only grow from your heart center,

But from the openness that now it has in receiving abundance and feeling it grow.

Feeling it grow in such a way that it's almost fully really perceivable to how much now that energetic field is enlarged around you.

Maybe it even brings a light little smile to your face.

If that mind wobbles and a little disbelief or unsureness,

That's okay.

That gives you reason to remind yourself the abundance that you are already and how you are open and caring enough to receive abundance.

To let your field be more receptive,

Permeable to receiving the abundance of energy that exists all around us in form and non-form.

Let's just sit in silence for a few moments together in that golden aura of enoughness,

Fullness,

Abundance from our heart radiating outwards and receptive to all beautiful energy that is around us,

That is in our favor to steady ourself and to grow,

To expand,

Gain,

Heal,

And be empowered.

Letting your breath deepen.

As we come to close this meditation,

Bring your palms together at the center of your heart and press your hands together and bringing a little bit of friction,

Rubbing them up and down,

Feeling a bit of warmth and energy develop between your hands and then releasing the palms over top of the face,

Fingertips just touching the mind,

Edges of thumbs touching the cheeks,

Taking a nice inhale,

Exhale through the mouth,

Draping the hands down the face,

Bringing them back palm to palm in front of your heart.

Bowing down to your heart center,

Gratitude and honor to yourself for taking this time to meditate,

Which is already such a symbol of your care for yourself and your willingness to recognize your already abundant state and your willingness to open and be received of abundance no matter the circumstances that you're moving through.
