Can the mind end this verbal state?

Which is to say,

Can the mind end the self-oscillation?

Which also means that can one go deep into the self without escape?

When the mind is no longer oscillated,

The mind can possibly have the human relationship.

When the mind is in a relationship,

Nobody talks about socializing.

When there's care,

There's love,

Nobody talks about socializing.

Nobody wants to express themselves.

All of this requires one to observe oneself diligently,

And be aware at each moment of the movement of thoughts.

See the trap of this self-expression.

When the mind sees clearly about its living,

About all the sorrow,

All the travails,

All the issues,

All the patterns,

There's nothing to express.

The actual understanding comes from a mind that sees clearly.

Else the mind is always trapped by expressions,

By all kinds of conclusions,

Which become part of one's self-expressions.

For example,

There's a very famous conclusion that is called,

Human are social animals.

When the mind goes deep into this,

The self,

The me,

It is so clear that this sentence is nonsense.

But without going deep,

The mind relies on this conclusion to enhance the need for socializing.

And this conclusion becomes one's further self-expressions to share this nonsense with others.

Perhaps this culture is forming this way.

So the people in this culture are conditioned to this self-expression and socializing.

All of this requires one to let go of everything,

So the mind can observe freely,

Without following any authorities.
