Transcript

To understand our mind is to observe any movement of the thoughts that bring about all kinds of challenges Like seeking Such observance when the observer is totally absent That's to say,

To perceive without being the perceiver It's to see what is,

See the actuality To be able to see the actuality,

What is,

The real fact,

Not as an abstraction,

But just as what is The mind has to understand its scheme to generate all kinds of images To really be able to distinguish what is really true and what is an image Such an inquiry means that the mind has to be very subtle and peaceful to be able to observe all this This observance is beyond any language,

Any verse,

Any description The description is not the described So this whole process of observance,

Being peaceful,

Being subtle,

Careful,

To really perceive how the neurons work How the thoughts work,

How the consciousness works is the meditation In that observance,

There is clarity about life,

About the dynamics from the neurons that play such a key role in our life situations
