Be With Your Soul

Aloha,

I'm Reverend Cindy Palos and I wanted to talk about what happens as you kind of take away the layers and layers and layers of stuff as you meditate and meditate and meditate.

And I know many of you have been maybe meditating for a long,

Long time.

I know I have and I've seen a lot of others on this path as well and it's a fascinating journey.

It really,

It's never the same twice.

But I have been experiencing taking that next step into just being able to not to try to do anything,

To not to try to go anywhere,

Not to try to feel something I'm not feeling,

But just to be okay with that essence that you are right there within.

That true self that you have to be able to develop that honest relationship with.

Because that true self of course is with you.

Now if it's the true self that is your soul,

It's with you for a lifetime after lifetime after lifetime.

And that soul knows you very,

Very well.

It knows you through all those lifetimes and also the lifetimes that are to come.

And so it can really be a wonderful gift to be able to just commune with that true self of your soul.

Because we're truly in this day and age bombarded and sometimes overwhelmed by everything that's out there and everything that is being offered to you in so many interesting ways,

Right?

But at the heart of all of this is you and your relationship.

Your relationship with yourself so that you can understand your relationship with others.

And that takes on an infinite amount of different variations.

Now how do you feel about yourself?

I mean over lifetimes we have seen and perceived ourselves in many different roles.

Some we may not remember at all.

But even just in one lifetime,

Think of all the different phases of what you've done in this life.

And you get to a point where you see that there's always something just there that's speaking to you.

That inner self that wants to be heard.

That true inner self that is really there waiting for you to open the door and just be with that true self.

So that true self can come out.

Now that true self may not be the one that you've been using to relate to the world with.

It may not be the one that would be what you would think is ideal for a lot of situations.

But it's got a gift for you that is unique.

And we don't have to try to fit into something in our lives that doesn't work for us.

We try many times.

People really,

Really try to fit in with what the norm is.

But you have to really wonder at some point,

Don't you?

What's normal anyway?

I mean what is normal?

What was normal a few years ago definitely isn't what's normal now.

And what's normal now probably won't be what's normal.

So we have to try to fit in with what's normal.

And the norm is never quite the right fit for many people on the spiritual path.

Now let's just kind of go into that place where your true inner light,

Your true inner spirit,

Your true inner love,

Your true inner energy is free to come out and be with you.

And to do this you have to create a very safe space.

And part of that process of course in meditation is to get comfortable and to breathe.

To breathe in and to breathe out and to clear with each breath anything that may have been left over in your mind.

Any other things that may have been left over in dreams.

Maybe other things that have been left over by social media.

Just letting all of that stuff just go.

Just letting it slip away,

Drift away.

With each breath calling in your energy of your soul.

And to do this let's put some light around us so you are protected.

Breathing in a light that goes way up,

Way,

Way up.

And letting that white light that you find there come down and through you and out and below you.

Breathing it out in front of you and behind you,

To the left and to the right of you.

And just feel that energy now surrounding you in a wonderful cocoon of light where you're protected and safe.

And go inside deep,

Deep,

Deeper,

Deeper within.

Where you're aware of your energy field from inside.

You're aware of the colors that you are.

Take a moment to observe the colors you might see in your third eye.

What are those colors?

I see some blue,

I see some purple and violet.

I see some yellow.

I see some light coming down.

Coming down.

I see an energy field like a being,

Like a Buddha sitting there in front of my energy field.

And I let all of that energy field that I see be seen.

And I go within what I see within that energy field.

Go within what you see and absorb it.

What are you absorbing from this energy field?

What do you feel in this beautiful energy field?

Are you being called?

Is there a calling?

Is there a feeling that needs to be recognized?

Fearlessly just allow yourself to feel all that you feel.

Breathe in that feeling.

See where that feeling leads you.

Bring your soul's energy into that feeling to amplify what you're feeling from your soul's point of view.

What would your soul tell you about what you're seeing and what you're feeling?

How would your soul express this energy?

Let's just be with that energy and recognize and observe just what it's like to just be with this wonderful energy field here and now.

Going deeper and deeper and deeper within.

Allowing that soul to grow within you and expand and expand as you journey within all of what that soul is there to bring to you right now.

Breathe it in and just be with this energy.

Breathing and observing,

Observing if anything's changing in the way you feel.

Have you felt anything come up as you made space for more of this energy to be with you here right now?

Make a note,

Any note,

To just be with this energy.

Any note to just register and receive what you need right now.

Let it fill your whole being and allow what you need to receive to be received right here and now.

To be redeemed right here and now.

To be restored right here and now.

Ah,

Feel how good that energy coming in heals all of who you are.

And let it fill your mind and your body and your feelings.

Ah,

And now slowly come back.

Slowly come back and follow that bridge of your soul back to where you are.

And be present with this energy of how you feel here and now.

And make a note,

Make a note of anything that might have come to you.

That brings it from your lower kind of hidden part to the outer part,

From your inside out.

And I find it's helpful to write down what comes to you.

To keep a journal or to at least make some notes about what is coming to you when you go inside.

And I slowly realize I'm 100% present here and now and happy with being here and now.

And I bow to you in gratitude for you taking the time to honestly be with who you are.

Wow! This was a totally different type of meditation than what I am normally used to. I followed my curiousity and persistence through it all and I’m very grateful because it received a deep and profound connection to my spiritual self in my human experience. I would have loved to experience the meditation as a extended version but honestly very grateful that I stuck with it. I journaled afterwards and am feeling very connected, a beautiful way to start the day āœØšŸ¤šŸ™ thank you, namaste
