Have you ever opened an email and just felt the care that person has for you? Well this is what this handy audio is all about! In just 5 minutes I will guide you to set a #GoodIntention for an email you are about to send. Have a notepad and pen ready! My #GoodIntentions for you are that you get to feel a warmth of gratitude for kindness someone showed you, and that this energy you feel comes alive as you then send it out into your email. When someone opens this they then feel your care you shared for them and this email brightens their day and gives them something they needed, just when they needed it! The power of your intention gets stronger the more energy and time you spend in focusing on it and the more the feeling comes alive! Express that feeling, revisit it as much as possible, put it INTO your emails, your web pages, your documents, share it with your team!

Okay,

Sit up straight in your chair,

Just be nice and relaxed.

Just feel your feet on the floor,

Bring our attention to this present moment and just feel your breath.

Bring your attention as you breathe in,

Your lungs fill up when you breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

I want you to bring to mind a moment of kindness or someone that represents kindness to you.

Someone who has seen that you needed something and reached out and maybe on many occasions reached out to help you.

I want you to bring yourself to that moment when you were just so grateful.

You can bring that person to life in front of you,

In your mind's eye and maybe you hug them or smile at them and just feel just so grateful to have them care for you.

In your way,

If you want to say out loud we can't see you,

You can thank them.

Now we want to visualize that energy,

Hopefully you can feel it in your body.

Go to where you can feel it in your body.

Maybe you want to place your hand on your heart and feel the warmth of your palm touch your heart and you visualize that feeling as a color that you like,

Maybe as a word,

Symbol.

As you breathe in that feeling gets bigger.

See that color feel stronger.

I want you to think of an email that you may be writing and you've taken the time to put together something for somebody who hopefully needs this.

I want you to visualize that color or that word literally go from your heart into that email.

You're sending your good intention that you care about this person and that you hope when they open this email they feel the care that you have taken consciously to create for them.

Now I want you just slowly bring your hand down,

Open your eyes and just take a minute just to write out your good intention.

It may be something like my hashtag good intention is that this person when they open and read this email feel how much I care for them and I want them to get the benefit of what I've sent them and I really hope that what I give them has a benefit in their life.

Even if small,

Even for this moment,

They feel that soft warmth and care.

Visualize that in that email and write it out as a good intention right now.
