Welcome to day two of our chakra journey.
Yesterday we grounded ourselves into the root chakra,
Your foundation and sense of safety.
Today we rise into the sacral chakra known as svadhisthana,
Your center of sensuality,
Emotional expression and creative energy.
This chakra is located just below the navel in the space of your lower belly,
Pelvis and womb.
When balanced,
You feel connected to your emotions,
In tune with pleasure and able to move with ease and creativity through life.
Let's begin by softening.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down.
Close your eyes,
Gently rest your hands on your lower belly.
Take a full breath in through the nose and a slow sigh out through the mouth.
Let your breath be fluid like a wave,
Inhale,
Exhale,
Feel your body soften with every breath.
Begin to visualize a soft orange light glowing in your sacral center,
Just below your belly button.
With every breath,
Imagine that light swirling,
Pulsing,
Expanding gently.
Now picture this chakra as a body of water,
Maybe a serene lake,
Gentle ocean tides,
Or flowing river.
Let yourself float in that space,
Free,
Safe and weightless.
Notice how the water holds you,
No effort,
Just flow.
In this place,
You're invited to release control,
To simply feel.
Let any emotions arise,
You don't need to fix or judge them,
Just witness.
I now invite you to repeat or receive these affirmations.
I allow myself to feel deeply.
I honor my emotions.
I am a creative,
Sensual being.
Pleasure is sacred.
I flow with ease.
Bring your awareness to your hips.
You can gently sway side to side if seated,
Or simply notice the weight of your hips grounding you.
Breathe into your pelvic bowl,
That sacred space that holds both strength and softness.
Inhale,
Expanding.
Exhale,
Releasing.
Now imagine yourself dancing.
There is no choreography,
Just free,
Instinctive movement.
Let the rhythm move you.
Maybe you see yourself painting,
Singing,
Journaling,
Expressing.
Witness your creative self in motion,
Wild,
Free,
Beautiful.
This is who you are when the sacred chakra is open,
Flowing,
Radiant,
Emotionally alive.
Begin to return to your body.
Feel your breath again.
Imagine the rise and fall of your belly.
Bring your hands back to your lower belly.
Whisper to yourself,
I honor my creativity.
I am open to joy.
I flow with life.
When you're ready,
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.
Slowly blink your eyes open.
Carry this flow with you into the rest of your day.
