Welcome to this full body reset practice.
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down.
Gently close your eyes.
Take a slow breath in and out.
And out.

Let your breathing settle.
Bring your attention to the top of your head.
Notice any sensations.
Move to your forehead and let it soften.
Shift to your eyes,
Cheeks and jaw.
Let your jaw unclench.
Bring awareness now to your neck and shoulders.
If there is tension,
Allow it to ease.
Move down your arms,
Elbows,
Hands.
Notice any feeling present.
Focus on your chest.
Feel your breath rising and falling.
Bring your attention to your stomach and let it soften naturally.
Now your hips and pelvis feel the support beneath you.
Move down your thighs,
Knees,
Calves,
And finally your ankles,
Feet,
And toes.
Now sense your whole body from head to toe.
If you notice tension anywhere,
Breathe into it and let it soften.
Take one more slow,
Deep breath in … and out.
