Good morning and welcome to Coach with Kai Meditations.
As we welcome this new day,
The intention of this guided meditation is to awaken the body.
Start today in gratitude and set your intention for the day ahead.
Settle into a comfortable position wherever you may be.
Place your hands on your heart in a prayer position or perhaps gently resting on your lap.
Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.
Breathing deeply into your diaphragm as you begin to awaken your body and circulatory system and prepare for the gift of this day ahead.
Notice the sensation of your breath.
Feel the coolness of your inhalation and the warmth of your exhalation.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Bring your awareness to any sensation you may be feeling in your body.
Breathing into any spaces of tightness as you allow your body to soften in this peaceful stillness.
Calm this beautiful calmness in your body.
Take a moment now to reflect on three things you are grateful for in this moment.
Bringing a clear image of these gifts to your mind.
Become aware of your heart space as you reflect in gratitude.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Go deeper into the stillness,
Embracing this tranquility.
As you mindfully start your day with a positive intention,
Manifest abundance and joy.
Be guided by your heart throughout this day,
Acting with kindness for yourself and for others.
Inhale and exhale.
Take a moment now to set your intention for today,
Imagining the ease in which this day will unfold for you.
Open yourself to your heart and let it guide you throughout this day.
Know you are worthy of all that you desire.
You are grounded in the knowledge that you are powerful and open to receive all the gifts that you will be given in this beautiful day.
Today follow the path that is right for you.
The path that you are creating with each daily choice and action you commit to.
Remember this is your journey,
Your story and with each chapter you are the creator.
You have the ability and innate wisdom to see all the beauty that surrounds you today.
You are in control of any emotions that may arise from your thoughts throughout the day.
Be mindful in each and every interaction you encounter.
May you carry this peacefulness throughout your day.
Journey courageously forward into this new day with strength,

Power and the wisdom that guided you here.
Bringing your awareness back to your body now.
