The universe is not a mind reader.
Shocking,
I know.
Welcome to Coached by Nikki Dyer.
This manifesting meditation will likely be different from others you've done before.
Designed to help you give a voice to those deep,
Dark desires.
To encourage you to admit the things you want.
But most importantly,
To speak wishes-free from any self-judgment and fear.
So we begin here,
By first centering the mind and body through meditation.
By finding a quiet space where you can relax without interruption.
As you close your eyes if they aren't already.
Taking a deep inhale through the nose.
Holding the breath as you pause.
And exhale slowly through the mouth.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Breathing in a natural rhythm.
Focusing only on that.
Inhale.
Encouraging your body to relax with each breath.
Noticing the natural rhythm of the body breathing.
It's effortless.
Because there's an internal knowing that there's always another breath.
You live your life knowing that air is unlimited for you.
Without a single worry or fear.
It's always there.
Begin to see yourself standing in a vast and open field.
Under a clear,
Expansive sky.
This field represents the limitless possibilities of your life.
Your mind is neutral here.
At peace.
Begin to feel a gentle breeze on your skin.
It symbolizes the flow of the universe.
Everything has a place and a purpose.
And it all works together in a compatible and interwoven way.
It will always be the ones with proper mindsets who succeed.
Who believe in themselves.
If your thoughts and beliefs dictate your reality,
You have to change your beliefs to change your life.
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow exhale out.
Still in this serene space and state of mind,
I want you to begin to list the big and small self-serving secrets of your mind.
Solely focusing on all those self-absorbed wishes that would only or mostly benefit you.
The things that feel like they're for your own joy,
As you allow yourself to say them,
Without judgment or hesitation.
Maybe for the first time.
Take a deep breath in.
And a slow exhale out.
Recognizing how your body feels right now.
Having asked for your deepest desires in this way.
Wanting something for yourself is not selfish.
In fact,
You receiving what you want most is essential for the growth and fulfillment of your soul.
Trickling down to everyone you will ever meet.
It's important to have wants and desires.
To ask for things from a place of inspiration.
To ask for the things that make you feel like you.
So we take another moment here to say your own version of a prayer to the universe.
Whatever that looks like for you.
Expressing that these are the things that you've been too afraid to ask for,
But would like to experience in your life.
Simply because they would inspire you.
And they would bring you joy.
Taking a deep breath in.
And exhale as you let it go.
After this practice is over,
I encourage you to write down every selfish and self-serving thing you wish to have,
Do,
Or experience in your lifetime.
Even the things that feel silly or small.
Especially the things that feel like they're just for you.
Take notice of which ones make you smile as you read them.
And which ones you cringe over like they are a dark secret.
And most importantly,
Keep reading them until you can speak each one with ease.
The universe is not a mind reader.
Shocking,
I know.
Take a final deep breath in.
And another slow breath out.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
I hope this practice gives you clarity and guidance with each listen.
And that you keep practicing until it is.
