higher self breathing in and breathing out breathing in and breathing out just focus on your breath focus on relaxing your mind your body your spirit feeling tension release from your head down to your shoulders your arms down to your fingertips feel the release down towards your chest your abdominals down to your pelvic area your thighs down to your knee joints your legs your ankles and down
