Breathing in.

And as you focus on your breath,
I want you to,
On the exhale,
Release any tension in the body,
Mind and spirit.
Any physical ailments,
Just release them on the exhale.
Any stresses,
Release them on the exhale.
Any responsibilities that are coming into your mind that you have to do for tomorrow or for this evening,
Let it go.
Just breathe it out on the exhale.
This time is your time.
This is your gift to you.
So breathe in calm and peace,
And breathe out all tension and stresses,
All worries and doubts.
Breathe in calm and peace,
And breathe out all stresses,
Tension,
Anxieties from the body,
Mind and spirit.
Continue breathing in slowly,
And breathe out.
Breathing in slowly,
And breathing out,
Just letting go.
Releasing is so important to focus on releasing.
I want you to let go of worries,
Anxieties,
Stresses,
All the negative things that we take on,
On a daily basis,
The uncertainties,
The fears.
Let them go,
Let them go,
They don't serve you right now,
And they don't serve you in your life.
Breathing calm and peace,
And breathe out all the tension and stresses.
Let it leave your body.
Just focus on your breath,
In and out.
Breathing in and out,
Really letting go.
Just connecting to your body,
Mind and spirit.
Now I want you to imagine a green healing light above the crown of your head.
This light not only heals physical ailments,
But it also heals stresses and anxieties that we're carrying.
So imagine this light coming down towards your scalp,
Releasing any tension in your mind.
Any thoughts that are distracting you,
Just let them pass by as you continue breathing in slowly and exhaling out.
Imagine that light now coming down towards your eyelids,
Releasing any tension in your eyes.
Imagine the light coming down towards your cheekbones,
Your jawline,
Down towards your neck and shoulders.
Continue breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go of any toxins,
Any negative energy you're carrying in these parts of the body.
Imagine that light coming down your arms,
Down to your wrists and out through your fingertips,
Relaxing your shoulders and your arms.
Now imagine this light coming down towards your chest,
Releasing any tension within your chest,
Internally and externally cleansing and removing all toxins from the body.
Imagine this light coming down your back,
Down to your abdominals,
Right down to your pelvic area.
Feel the release in your body as you continue breathing in and breathing out,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And now imagine that light coming down,
Down towards your thighs,
Your knee joints and down towards your calf muscles,
Your ankles and down towards the soles of your feet.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Just really feel the release,
The healing light cleansing and removing toxins in the body,
Strains within the body,
Tension,
Anxiety within the mind,
Holding on to negative emotions.
Just let it go on the exhale.
Maybe you're anxious about certain things coming up in the days or the weeks ahead,
Just let it go on the exhale.
We need to make room for the positives,
So release now all those things that block the positives from taking control.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Let it go,
Giving yourself permission to release it all.
As I go quiet just for a little while,
I want you to focus on your breath and imagine all those things you don't want to hold in.
You want to release,
Leaving your body and mind.
Just imagine it on the exhale,
Releasing from your entire being.
Breathing in and out,
Becoming one with your breath.
And now I just want you to feel that connection to your breath,
Not forcing yourself to take slow,
Deep breaths,
But to get into a natural rhythm.
But observe the breath as the breath comes in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just feel the calmness,
The rhythm of your breathing.
Our breath is so powerful,
It detoxifies the body,
Mind and spirit from all negative ailments.
So just observe your breath in and out at your own pace.
Feel that connection.
We never get the opportunity to observe our breath.
We're always so busy in the day-to-day living.
Just take this time to observe the breath in and out and feel that connection to it.
Each breath that you take is a blessing.
It's a blessing of life.
It's a blessing of opportunities.
It's a blessing of freedom to be who you are.
With each breath that you take,
You have the gift of life.
Breathing in and out,
Just observing this beautiful gift,
Becoming one with it,
Feeling grateful for it.
Gratitude is so important.
When our heart is full of gratitude,
There is no space for doubts and fear.
What are you grateful for right now?
Let those images come to your mind.
Don't hold onto them,
But just let them come.
What are you grateful for right now?
Maybe family members,
Certain opportunities,
Friends,
Your health,
Your home,
The gift of being who you are,
Your job.
What is it that you're grateful for?
Just let those images come to your mind and feel your connection to how good they make you feel.
And it could be simple things like being able to see,
Being able to hear,
Having food on the table,
Clothing on your back,
A roof over your head.
It could also be time spent with loved ones,
New opportunities,
New ventures.
What are you grateful for?
Envelop yourself in that feeling of gratitude.
Feel the essence of gratitude in your heart.
Allow your heart to open up to those things,
People,
Situations that you are grateful for.
Now allow your mind to expand.
What are those things that have happened in the past that you are grateful for?
Certain holidays,
Trips you took,
Certain ventures that you followed,
Birth of loved ones,
Opportunities that came your way.
What are you grateful for from the past that when you think about those memories,
It lifts your soul?
Allow those memories to connect with you and open your hearts to connecting with those images.
What are you grateful for in the future?
What plans are you making for your future?
What are you excited about?
What are you grateful for that you have that can make those plans come to life?
It could be just making a decision or exploring something,
Research.
Allow yourself to think about your future,
To get excited about your future and to be grateful for the opportunity to make plans.
Whatever happens,
Just allow that excitement within your heart.
Maybe it's something on your vision board,
Maybe it's holiday plans that you'd love for next year,
Whatever it is.
Or maybe it's something within the family that you're excited about.
Allow yourself to be grateful now.
Be thankful for it now.
And now I want you to think about the present.
What are you grateful for right now in this moment?
Where you are in this stage of your life right now?
It could be just being able to take this time out for you.
Being able to let go of those things that don't serve you.
It could be to connect within and feel the essence and the power of gratitude.
What are you grateful for right now?
And let that feeling envelop your heart.
There may be a few things that you're grateful for.
Just let them float by in your mind.
Feel them in your heart.
Let them uplift you.
They should feel good.
Feel the essence of gratitude in your heart for your past,
Present and future.
Pull out the positives from your past,
Present and future.
And be grateful for those positive moments.
Those that have been,
Those that are right now,
Even though it may seem that there aren't any,
There is.
There are blessings.
What are those blessings?
What are those positives?
And the positives in your future.
Feel the essence of gratitude for your past,
Present and future.
By doing this,
You are accepting yourself fully.
You are opening yourself to you,
Embracing all that you are.
Being thankful and being grateful for who you are.
When we have gratitude in our hearts,
We are the essence of positivity.
Imagine that light from your heart full of gratitude,
Glowing with a light of positivity,
With the beauty of gratitude for all that you have,
All the memories and all the future plans.
Allow yourself to feel that connection to this positive energy.
Embrace it in your heart.
Capture it in your mind.
Open yourself up to it.
This is the essence of you.
You are positive.
When you allow yourself to tap into gratitude,
There can only be the energy of positivity all around you.
The energy of health,
The energy of wisdom,
The energy of love,
Clarity,
Peace of mind,
The energy of you.
Feel and connect to that positive energy of you.
Within you there is this light that shines bright,
The true essence of who you are,
And it's always positive.
Filling your heart with gratitude lightens up that positive energy.
So right now,
Embrace that energy and allow yourself to be thankful for who you are and for the journey you have taken and are going to take.
Just be in the present moment of you.
Positive energy,
Love and light.
Feel the calmness,
Feel the love,
Feel the joy and just be thankful.
Be thankful for all the blessings and within your heart quietly to yourself,
I'd like you to repeat the words thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
As you feel that connection within,
I'd like you now to take your focus back to your breath and observe your breath in and out.
And quietly just saying to yourself one last thank you for your breath and for the blessings that life does bring.
Feel that connection to your positive self,
Embracing all that you are,
Body,
Mind and spirit.
As you take a deep breath in and exhale,
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Taking another deep breath in and out,
Becoming aware of your environment and taking one more deep breath in and out.
And when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
