Welcome to step one of getting a better night's sleep.
Tonight we're going to use our brain to help envision our spine and as you find a place where you can sit or lie but wherever you are just make sure you can be comfortable for the next 10 to 15 minutes as you allow yourself to start to feel and notice into your body.
We're going to start off this evening with taking a nice slow inhale in through the nose and exhaling through the mouth allowing for our bodies to soften and just beginning to notice what your body feels like inwardly and as you do this we'll take another nice inhale in and exhale out allowing yourself once again just to notice how your body feels inwardly now on this nice next inhale in and exhale out I'd like you to start to bring your awareness to your spine that place right where your neck and your shoulders meet down past the upper part of your back down past your lower back and all the way into your tailbone as you slowly take a nice inhale in and exhale out allowing yourself once again to notice from the top of your spine all the way down to the tailbone as we take another nice inhale in and exhale out bringing your awareness into your spine to just begin to notice where do you notice the most energy in your spine and as you feel into the spine and into this area where you're noticing the most energy I'd like for you to take a nice inhale in and exhale out allowing for yourself to deepen into that feeling and just notice a little bit more of it taking once again a nice inhale in and exhale out allowing yourself to bring the energy from the top of your spine all the way back down to the base as you take another nice inhale in and exhale out bringing your awareness back into the spine and just becoming aware of where you notice the most energy and allowing for yourself to soften around this area as you take a nice inhale in and as you exhale out becoming aware as we feel with notice
