Hello and welcome to your first gym mental workout with Coach Rob Silver.

Let's get it done.

We're going to start out today with our feet shoulder-width apart.

With a nice slight bend in the knees and just be nice and gentle in the lower half of the body.

Then you're going to bring your palms out to the side and you're going to slowly inhale both of them up towards the head.

Bring them towards the face as you slowly exhale both of them down the center of the body.

Nice.

Come on,

Inhale up again with me.

And this time come down past those shoulders nice and gently.

And on this third one I want you to inhale those palms up.

And this time keep them nice and wide as we navigate down the sides of the body ever so gently.

Five more sets of those.

Come on up.

Nice inhale.

Palms come towards the center and you exhale it on down.

And again inhale those palms up.

And this time down past those shoulders.

And again let's go inhale it up.

Palms are nice and wide noticing from the top of the head all the way down through the body down to those feet.

And again nice inhale up.

And come on down that center nice and slow.

You got this.

Let's inhale up.

And down past the shoulders.

And again bring those arms up nice and slow and navigate down the side of the body as you go.

Beautiful work.

Let's keep it going.

Nice inhale up.

And down that center.

And again bring those arms up.

And down past the shoulders.

You got this.

Nice inhale up.

And feel that energy come down the sides of the body nice and slow.

Let's go.

Breathe it on up.

And exhale it on down.

And again come on up.

Down past those shoulders nice and slow.

And again bring it on up.

And notice that whole body from head all the way down to the toes.

Five more sets of three with me.

Nice inhale up.

And down that center.

And again breathing on up.

Come on past those shoulders.

And again nice inhale up.

Nice and wide coming down those sides.

You got this.

Four more sets of three.

Inhale up with me.

Let's go.

And down that center.

Nice inhale up.

And down past those shoulders.

And again nice inhale up.

And come down nice and wide.

Three more sets of three.

Nice inhale up with me.

Let's go.

And come on down that center.

And again nice inhale up.

And down past the shoulders.

And again come on up.

Being as gentle as you can be coming down those sides.

Last two when we're through come on up.

And bring it on down that center.

And again inhale up.

And down past the shoulders.

Come on up.

Nice and wide down the sides.

Now this is the last three.

Let's get it in.

Come on up.

And slowly down the center.

And again inhale it up.

And down past the shoulders.

And that last one.

Nice inhale up.

And navigate down those sides.

We'll bring both our palms to rest over top of our lower navel area.

Feeling into our body ever so gently.

As we take a nice inhale in.

And exhale out.

Opening our eyes.

Moving our arms around and our legs.

And just kind of shaking and feeling back into our body.

And if you just did that you just got it done.
