Today,
During our meditative journey,
We're going to enter into the mystery of trust.
Into trusting ourselves,
Trusting our dreams,
And trusting our God.
Together we'll enter deeper into trusting ourselves and planting an unquestioning belief in the power of our true self.
Into trusting our dreams and creating an unquestioning belief that our dreams are more than mere fantasies,
That they are blueprints of our life calling us to action.
Into trusting our God and cultivating an unquestioning belief in a power that loves you,
Guides you,
And supports you to be you.
So let's take a moment to invite that power to enter our meditation,
To assist you now,
To open wider and enter deeper into trusting you and your dreams and your God.
We'll begin our meditation by stirring the embers of our light with a few deep breaths,
Deep into the fire of our belly.
With each breath,
See your light growing brighter.
Through your breath,
Isabella's kindling your light and igniting your truth.
Trusting yourself has been described as falling back into your own arms and believing that you will be there to catch you.
But who is that you?
Who is it I trust when I trust myself?
Is it my body?
My brain?
My bank account?
Ask yourself,
Who am I?
That question can only be answered by you.
For your self-definition,
Your self-image is what forms your life and fortifies your dreams.
So before you answer,
Who am I?
Let's merge with that part of you that has traveled with you throughout all eternity.
By imagining yourself stepping into your eternal flame.
See yourself now stepping into that light,
Your light.
Feel yourself now in the brilliance of your light.
See the truth of your light,
Burning away any self-doubt.
Now standing in this light,
Tap deep into the nectar of your true self and answer the question,
Who am I?
Who are you?
Imagine your answer with a powerful declaration of,
I am.
Hold yourself in this presence,
I am.
Now,
Inscribe your truth,
The truth of who you are,
Upon the sacred tablets of your heart,
Upon the palm of your hands,
And upon the soles of your feet.
So wherever you go,
And in whatever you do,
There you'll be,
With a wiser and vaster part of you.
The part of you that you are called to trust.
The part of you that is connected to the Source of all.
For it's your soul that knows your life's blueprint.
And it's your heart that knows the secrets of your soul.
Your mind,
If you let it,
Likes to try to make you believe that trusting yourself will lead you into a life of poverty,
Loneliness,
And despair.
Yet the exact opposite is true.
And the true magic begins when you start trusting your heart and your intuitive knowings.
For they are the breadcrumbs of remembrance,
Leading you back home to your true self and your divine destiny.
Repeat after me.
I can trust my heart and the gentle leadings of my soul.
For your heart is a rudder and your soul is a seaworthy captain,
Always gently guiding you by a celestial,
Steady light.
With this knowing,
I will say,
I trust in the beauty that flows in my veins,
The flutters of wonder that direct my path,
And the calling of something deep and pure that leads me on.
So what is leading you on?
What is your dream?
What is that dream that calls you by name?
That dream is more than a mere fantasy.
That dream is a blueprint of your life,
Calling you to action.
Call that dream forth now.
Now let's take that dream and trust it with light.
Hold both of your hands out in front of you and place that dream in the palm of your hands.
Now with your dream in your hands,
Begin to breathe deeply as you invite divine rivers of light to flow into your dream.
Keep breathing and bathing your dream in the life-giving energy of light.
See the light imbuing your dream with the power of life.
Keep breathing until your dream is completely filled with light.
Now bring your hands to your heart and repeat,
I can trust myself and the dreams upon my heart.
Now hold yourself here in the radiance of your dream,
Knowing that that dream is a blueprint of your life.
Illuminating your potential and calling you to action.
See yourself answering the call and confidently walking to the field of your dreams.
Now allow yourself to rise up and claim your dream by repeating,
I trust my dreams to lead me home to my true self.
A question to ponder,
If I don't trust my dreams and the gentle tugs upon my heart that are inviting me to wake up to who I was designed to be by the source of all,
Am I really trusting my God?
Let's increase our trust by tapping ever more into that never-ending source of divine support of your God.
By falling back into the featherbed of grace and knowing that that bed will forever be there supporting you through the journey of life.
Fall now into that knowing that you are loved,
You are guided and you are supported to be you by the source of all.
Allow yourself to relax now into that love.
Allow that love to unfold you now.
Feel that love embrace you.
And carry that support of love with you as you enter your day or your night.
Carry it with you in the form of trust.
For trust is love and love is trust.
Enter your trust fund by writing with golden letters upon the fleshy tablets of your heart.
The mantra of empowerment.
I trust myself.
Repeat it often during your day and use it to assist you when you begin to doubt yourself or your dreams or your God.
Knowing full well that this sacred declaration,
I trust myself,
Begins the dominoes of grace which starts by trusting yourself,
Which then allows you to trust your dreams,
Which then opens you fully to experience the miracle workings of your God in your life.
Don't let doubt put you out.
When you feel yourself begin to wane,
Bring your hands to your heart and see your heart glowing softly as the ever present night light that it is,
Forever guiding and forever lighting your path.
And then confidently declare the mantra of empowerment.
I trust myself.
And so it is.
And so it will be.
