This is a meditation where we'll use the invocation of the fire element to dissolve any sense of sluggishness,

Heaviness,

Fatigue,

Or brain fog that you feel is diminishing your capacity to think clearly or to feel inspired and free.

Close your eyes and as you block out the external light,

Feel your awareness being drawn inwards as if guided by the glow of an inner flame.

Visualize a fire in the center of your heart.

This is the fire that metabolizes your emotions.

And feel your soft breath fanning the flames here,

Spreading their warmth and light out through your entire body.

As you move deeper inside,

Feel your sense of yourself become so subtle and so refined that you realize there's a fire in every cell as it metabolizes itself.

This fire is the source of creativity.

It's the fire of regeneration.

And it's the catalyst for movement and evolution within your life.

Sit with this fire within yourself.

Feel it illuminating the landscape of your inner body.

Enjoy the dance.

Feel its inner warmth.

Let it illuminate for you.

Any patterns or habits that you're ready to discard,

To in fact toss into the flames.

Feel these flames dissolving,

Any resistance or excess mental chatter.

Feel their warmth softening any tension in your physical body.

And feel them begin to purify your mind and your body so that you begin to feel light and inspired.

Feel the warmth of your inner body.

Feel the warmth of your inner body.

And then just as you felt the fire dissolve this physical form and the structure of your mind.

Feel your form begin to emerge again from these flames.

Feeling your breath.

Feel the periphery of your body.

Come back into being almost as if you'd witnessed your own rebirth and emerged whole and clear and ready.
