For social creatures,

One of the most important factors is the need for connection,

Connecting with others.

And social connection and these,

What we call pro-social,

You know,

Emotions and states of mind really are at the foundation of fostering healthy relationship with others.

And so if we are able to tap into that part of who we are by using mind-based techniques,

Conscious intention setting,

As well as,

You know,

Developing greater emotional awareness so that we notice when we are being reactive and being judgmental,

These really equip the individuals to be able to really turn on and switch on if you can,

If we can use that language,

The better part of who we are and tap into that resource and really use that toolkit coming from there to really live their life,

Interact with others,

And also apply it in everyday life.
