Connor Burns is a Registered Clinical Counsellor based in Vancouver, Canada. With nearly a decade of experience as a facilitator and writer on meditation and mindfulness, he has accumulated hundreds of hours of training in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and psychology. His practice is informed by extensive experience in Soto Zen, Bhakti Yoga, Insight Meditation, and Metta Meditation. Grounded in the observational mind and the practice of cultivating compassion, he guides others toward a deeper awareness beyond conventional notions of "good" and "bad"—toward a deeper engagement with truth and personal growth.

This was wonderful. Perfect music, gentle voice and guidance, slow and easy pace. I will come back to this again. I would also enjoy a meditation like this with some space for silence to further deepen my experience.
