I work with clients in my practice to take them to meet with their guides, angels, higher self, loved ones, etc so that they can know that they are never alone, we are never alone. This meditation is based on what l do with my clients. This process will successfully with practice take you to a vibration that will enable you to meet with Inner World guides. Once you are there you make ask for guidance. Prepare 2/3 questions beforehand so that you are ready with them during the meditation.

Hello,

My name is Corrie and welcome to this guided meditation.

The intention of this meditation is for you to go on a journey that will take you to meet with your guide,

Your angel,

Your inner world master,

Higher self,

Whoever it is that you need and would desire to communicate with.

There's a couple of things that's very important in this process.

Make sure that your body and your mind are completely relaxed and open and ready to receive.

I'll help you to achieve this state of being with a relaxation process at the beginning of the meditation and then we'll move into journeying into the inner world to meet with your guide.

It may be a good idea to sit before this meditation starts and write down maybe two or three questions that you would like to ask your guide.

Make sure your questions are very clear and direct.

Get to the point with your questions.

Don't be wishy washy.

Sometimes when you ask a question of an inner world being,

The answer can be very simple.

If you need more explanation,

Ask for explanation.

If your question creates another question,

Ask that question also.

My main advice is to take it easy on yourself.

Work with this process regularly so that your mind and your body gets comfortable with the experience.

As that happens,

You'll open up more and more and it will start to feel very natural.

Let's begin.

If you're sat in a seated position,

Make sure that your back is straight and your jaw and your neck is relaxed.

If you're laid down,

Lay down on your back in Savasana.

Allow your legs to be slightly apart so your feet can relax open.

Move your arms away from your body slightly with your palms facing up towards the sky.

Close your eyes if you haven't done so already and start to go inside.

Inside of your body.

Bring your awareness into every sensation,

Feeling,

Thought.

Any itches or twitches or anything that's happening in your body,

Just notice them and start to slow your breathing down.

Allow in your body to pick up on the signals that it's time to relax.

Move your attention to the back of your head.

Feel the back of your head.

Allow a part of your body to soften and relax.

Connect into the top of your head.

Imagine your scalp completely relaxing.

Your forehead,

Temples,

The space around your eyes all soften.

Let go of any tension that you might be holding right there.

On your cheeks,

Your jaw.

Relax your tongue inside of your mouth.

Take a breath and breathe down into your shoulders.

Allow your shoulders to get heavy.

Let them soften and pull away from your ears slightly.

Feel the back of your neck,

The muscles across the back of your shoulders.

Letting go of any tension.

Pull your attention forward to the muscles across your chest.

Slowly relax your chest.

Notice when you breathe out,

Your chest can get heavier and sink deeper into itself.

Breathe down into your abdomen,

Down into your hips,

Your lower back.

Relax.

Let your body get heavy.

Stay very,

Very still.

Soften the muscles in your thighs.

Your knees relax.

Your calves relax.

Imagine this flow of relaxation going all the way down to the tips of your toes.

Become aware of any sensations in the tips of your fingers.

Relax the palms of your hands,

Your wrists,

Elbows,

Forearms.

Enjoy the sensations of comfortable relaxation flowing through your being.

Imagine your mind is starting to open up,

To completely let go.

Focus on the space in the middle of your forehead.

Big,

Vast,

Wide open space.

Imagine you're staring into it even though your eyes are closed.

You're staring with your inner sight into a space there in front of you that could hold the entire universe,

Whatever your mind desires to see.

Use your imagination and envision that you're standing at the top of a staircase of ten steps going down.

Start to imagine these steps.

Look down at your feet.

Feel that you're standing on that top step.

Look at what the step is made of.

Maybe concrete or wood,

Tile,

Carpet.

Allow your mind or your memory to take you to a staircase if that helps.

To see the steps,

Imagine a staircase that's familiar to you and you're standing at the top of it waiting to go down.

You can feel the step underneath your feet.

If you wiggle your toes and grab at the earth with your feet and your toes,

You feel very connected to that top step.

At the bottom of the steps,

There is a door.

You can see the door from the top of the steps.

Not so clearly at this point,

But you can see that it's there waiting for you.

As you go down these ten steps,

Your body will let go even more.

It's almost like you'll feel a sense of separation from your physical being as you start to journey into the inner realms,

Into a different reality.

Allow your being to just flow down these steps very easily,

Relaxing deeper and deeper with every step that I say.

Imagine at the top,

Ten,

Nine,

Eight.

Feel the steps underneath your feet as you journey.

Seven,

Six,

Five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

There in the space in front of your mind is a door.

Look closer to the door so that you're standing directly in front of it.

Start to notice everything about this door.

The color,

The size,

The shape,

Texture.

As if there's a door handle on the left or the right.

This door is going to lead you into a very peaceful place.

A place where your guide will be waiting on the other side.

We're going to go into a garden.

At the far end of the garden,

When we go through the door in just a few moments,

There is a bench.

That is where your guide,

Your higher self,

Your angel,

Whoever it is that your intention is set on to come and communicate with on this day,

Will be right there waiting for you.

First of all,

We need to go through the door.

I'm going to count to three.

When I say one in just a few moments,

You'll open your door.

When I say two,

You'll walk through the doorway.

And on three,

You'll close the door behind you and find yourself in this very peaceful,

Sacred garden.

One,

Two,

Three.

Look down at your feet.

Be aware of the earth that you're standing on.

Whittle your toes and grip the earth and feel it underneath your feet so you connect into this reality.

And take a breath and look over to your left.

Notice everything that's there.

See if you can focus on as much detail as possible.

There may be trees or flowers.

Look forward and notice everything in front of you.

You may see the path leading off into the distance.

And then look over to your right and once again,

See if you can focus on everything that's over there to that side of your garden.

This is a very special place.

You're safe here.

Only sources of light come to this vibrational place.

You're safe.

You feel peaceful and calm.

And your heart and your mind are very,

Very open.

Just allow yourself to breathe into this energy,

Into this space.

Feel the love and the light all around you.

Start to slowly walk forward as if you're making your way through the garden to the far end where the bench is waiting for you,

Where your guide will be sat waiting for you.

Take your time.

Enjoy the walk through this peaceful place.

When you see the bench,

Make your way closer and closer to it.

When you get there,

Take a seat on the bench.

This is your time to be present alone with your being of choice.

Keep your mind open at this point.

Do not make any inner questions or thoughts or doubts.

Just keep the flow of your thinking wide open.

Ask your questions and leave your mind open to receive the answers.

Don't question the answers.

Don't think about them too much in this moment.

Just ask your questions.

Stay open to receive.

It's helpful if you focus on your guide's face.

Focus on their eyes and their features.

Stay present and stay in this place.

Focus on what they're wearing and what they look like and what their energy feels like.

Connect with them fully with your heart center.

Breathe into the center of your chest.

Open up your heart.

Receive the information that you need.

I'm going to leave you here for as long as you need to stay.

When you've finished asking your questions,

Bring yourself back to the bottom of the ten steps.

Make your way back up to the top of the ten steps and you'll be able to open your eyes and find yourself in your reality once again.

I believe with practice I can get there. I couldn’t get centered...kept feeling different twitches w/ my body...then I’d think about a bill that’s due today. Definitely one of the better meditations. Her voice is calming, there’s no echo, she’s not too close up on the mic, or too far away. I can hear her clearly. The scenario is reasonable. I’ll use daily.
