Today's session is all about creating self-love.
So let's get started.
Sit in a comfortable seated position and straighten your spine.
You may use the wall if you need to to support your back.
Just make sure you're comfortable.
Relax your neck slightly forward and place your hands in your lap or on your knees and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Start to focus on your breath.
Just feel as your chest rises and falls with your breath and make that your point of attention and focus.
Allow your body and your mind to start to slow down and be still.
Any thoughts that come into mind,
Just allow them to go as quickly as they come.
Make no attachment to your thoughts.
Keep your focus on your breath,
Watching your chest rise and fall.
Put your focus on your hands and be aware of any sensation that you feel in your hands,
In your fingers,
In the palms,
In the tingling sensations,
Vibration,
Heat.
Be aware of your hands and take note.
It's time for you to think about self-love.
Loving the self,
Every single aspect of yourself,
The parts that you like and the parts that you may dislike.
Self-love is all about accepting,
Becoming aware and loving all the parts of the self.
Know that each part serves a purpose and a role in this lifetime and by embracing each aspect of yourself,
You break down all the walls of resistance.
Resistance against being angry or being upset are the parts that you dislike,
That you hide,
That you shield from the rest of the world.
Today's meditation is for you to think about those parts of yourself,
The parts that you hide from the world and bring them forward and tell them that you love them,
Each and every part.
Use your breath and the sensations that you feel in your hands to keep you grounded and keep you focused and just allow yourself to think and feel about the parts of you that you need to embrace today in this meditation session.
Bring them forward in your mind.
Try telling each part that you love it.
As if you're facing an aspect of yourself.
I love you.
I love you and I accept you.
I love you.
I accept you.
Your journey here on earth is all about unconditional love,
Evolving into a higher vibrational loving being.
Start by unconditionally loving yourself,
Becoming more accepting,
Less judgmental.
Be conscious of the way that you talk to yourself with your inner voice.
Correct it,
Make it positive and loving at all times.
Breathe and relax into the sensations of loving your entire being,
Each and every part of your body.
