Let's meditate together.
Please close down your eyes.
Make sure that you're comfortable in your seated meditation position.
Straighten your spine just a little bit more.
Relax your chin down towards your chest slightly.
Slow down your breathing.
Taking longer,
Slower,
Deeper breaths.
First of all,
What I'd like you to do is just check in with the base of your spine.
Feel into your sit bones.
Feel into the bottom of your spine.
Feel the chair and the connection to your body.
Feel comfortable and held and safe.
From whatever that is that's supporting you and holding you in place right now.
Just feel the stability.
And then in your mind's eye,
Just looking as if you're looking forward.
I'd like you to see yourself as if you're stood at the bottom of 10 steps going up.
10 steps going up there in front of your face.
These steps have a landing when you get to the top and then they go up another 10 steps.
Like a spiral going up and up until you reach what is the attic in this old house.
But for now,
I want you to just look at the 10 steps there in front of you going up.
Kick off your socks and your shoes so that you're barefoot and you can feel that ground that you're standing on.
Notice if it's carpeted or wooden,
Maybe it's tiled.
What are the stairs made of?
What is to the left of the staircase?
What's to the right of the staircase?
Start to allow your senses and your sight to tune in to this old staircase there in front of you.
Know that the higher we go each step that we take,
The higher you metaphorically get to your spiritual consciousness.
When we go down steps,
We're going down into some kind of physical.
When we go up steps,
We're going up into the mind,
Up into the soul aspect of who we are,
The spirit.
Starting with whichever foot feels right for you,
We're going to go up these 10 steps together.
Taking our time,
Feel the steps underneath your feet.

Get into the part of the staircase that just has a flat square where you can stand for a second before you turn and look at 10 more steps going up.
Feel in your body just kind of float up the steps.

Coming to the landing,
Turning to the right and seeing another set of 10 steps.
When you get to the top of these steps,
It will open up into a corridor.
There's a door on the left and two doors on the right.
And there's a door all the way at the end of the corridor.
That's the door that we're going to go to.
Coming up the last 10 steps,
Feeling lighter and lighter.

Feel the steps underneath your feet.

Looking down the corridor there in front of you.
Starting to walk down the corridor until you get to the door all the way at the end of the corridor there.
Taking your time until you reach the door.
Pay attention to what the door looks like.
Go ahead and open the door and notice that there is a very thin,
Narrow staircase.
Looks like there's seven steps up.
We're going to go up those steps and when we get to the top,
You're going to find yourself in the attic of this old,
Old house.

It's dusty,
Cluttered.
There's a lot of stuff up here.
A little bit dark,
But there's a window on the front wall,
A big,
Round window that lets in light so that you can see,
But it's still kind of dingy and dark,
Like you would expect an attic to look like.
There's piles of stuff,
Old toys,
Filing cabinets and different old pieces of furniture up against the wall.
There's blankets,
Bedding stacked on top of each other,
Here,
There,
And bags and bags of old clothes.
And inside of all of the mess,
Over on the far side of the room,
You see a big,
What looks like a blanket box,
Like one of those old treasure chest looking cases.
It draws your attention.
You start to walk over to the chest.
You sit down in front of it and start to feel a sensation in your body like you know that there's something very special inside.
You close your eyes,
Though.
Don't rush.
You close your eyes,
And take a big,
Deep breath,
And just feel whatever it is that you're feeling in your body.
Tap into that source of tingling that you can feel in your fingertips,
The energy starting to activate.
Feel it in your fingers.
Check in with your spine,
And just feel your spine.
Can you feel the tingling?
You know that whatever is in here is something that's important for your next chapter.
Something that's going to help you to tap into the source of who you are,
Your spiritual connection,
Your spiritual powers,
Your psychic abilities,
Your energies.
They're all swirling around inside of this treasure chest,
So to speak.
There's an apprehension in your heart,
But it feels good.
It feels exciting.
And you get ready to open the box.
You mess around with the big,
Clunky,
Metal flap that locks the box,
And you pull it up and pull open the top to be hit with a very,
Very bright,
Golden light.
The light makes you pull back and shield your eyes a little bit.
It's so bright.
You can feel a warmth,
A static coming off the light,
Like it's full of energy.
Very slowly,
You start to move your fingers away from your eyes and adjust to this bright,
Golden light,
Just like a strong beam of light that's powering up.
It hits the center of your ceiling of the room.
It hits the sides of the room.
You can feel it on your face,
The energy that's in it.
You can feel on your chest and your face.
Light.
This is your connection to Source.
This light.
Seems pretty simplistic,
A little bit maybe disappointing.
Maybe you thought that there was going to be exact carved out tools or things that you could plug into your body and that's it,
You're set.
But no,
It's the bright,
Golden light.
But the thing about this light is,
You have to surrender to it for it to do its magic.
You have to allow it to penetrate into the places of your being that may be very deep,
That may be shadowy,
Dark.
That's where the light needs to go.
You adjust your seat to position and sit down so that you're more comfortable with your legs crossed,
Like crisscross applesauce.
You rest your hands on your knees and you have them open to receive.
You've done this many times before in your meditation practice.
You straighten your spine,
But this time you don't close down your eyes.
This time,
You stare at the golden light.
And as you stare at the golden light and take long,
Slow,
Deep breaths,
You start to allow the light to penetrate into that which you are.
You can feel it tingling on your skin,
First of all,
And you accept the tingle.
You accept the awareness that it's bringing,
The body awareness,
The subtlest energy on the surface of your skin,
And you can feel it.
Bring it in.
As you breathe in,
Breathe the light in with your breath.
Also,
Open up your crown chakra at the top of your head and start to pull the light in from the top,
From your very,
Very peak,
The source of cosmic connection.
Pull that light into your crown,
Pull it in with your breath so it goes into your body,
Your physical body.
The light that's coming into your crown and pouring down through your head like a shower coming down over your entire energetical body.
It's starting to shine its light on your shadows,
The parts of you that don't quite believe in yourself,
The part of you that holds shame,
The part of you that maybe feels guilty,
The part of you that holds you back from grabbing a hold of all that you deserve and desire in this world.
Let the light in there.
Let the light in all of your nooks and crannies.
Pull it in.
Welcome this awakening of sorts,
Deep,
Deep cleansing.
Welcome this DNA upgrade.
You don't have to think about what the light is clearing out.
You don't have to think about what happened.
None of that's important.
All that's important is that you're allowing this light to come into your body.
You're worthy of this light and as the light comes into your body,
It activates all the magic inside of you.
It makes you more aware.
It makes you more intuitive,
More psychic.
It makes you more conscious.
It gives you understanding.
It gives you compassion,
Clarity.
All that is required for you to step into this higher aspect of yourself is in this light.
It even gives you forgiveness so that you can let go and allow your heart to be in its full,
Rich place rather than holding resentment or sadness.
Keep breathing in the light.
Allow it to go all the way down to your toes,
All the way to the different corners and cubbyways of your energy body,
Your mental body,
Your emotional body.
Let everything be drenched in this light.
One final big deep breath.
Pull it all the way in,
All the way through.
And then close the top to this big blanket chest,
The treasure chest.
Close the top.
Allow your eyes to adjust.
Just focusing on some of the things around you in the room.
Feeling very full,
But also extremely light and energized,
Like something's shifted inside of you.
You stand up and start to walk towards the seven steps that go down.
When you get down to the bottom of these seven steps,
You can open your eyes and find yourself back in your reality,
Back in your space.
Feeling the upgrade,
Knowing that you have everything that you need inside.
Ready to embrace what's next.
Let's go down these seven steps.
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Opening your eyes,
Coming back.
Take a nice big deep breath.
Breathe out through your mouth and release.
And so it is.
