Your Angel Messenger and Angel Reiki Master Teacher.
Today's meditation is Opening Your Throat Chakra with Archangel Gabriel.
In the past couple of years,
Archangel Gabriel has helped me open my throat chakra so much.
I want to give back to Archangel Gabriel by sharing a meditation with you,
Helping you open your throat chakra.
Let's begin by grounding ourselves with a few deep breaths.
As always,
Please do not operate any machinery while listening to this meditation.
Feel free to grab a blanket or pillow.
You can do this either sitting down or lying down.
Whatever is most comfortable for your body.
If you are sitting down,
You can either put your feet flat on the ground or cross-legged.
Whatever works for you and your body.
At this point,
You should be laying down comfortably or sitting down.
As always,
We're going to take a couple deep breaths into the oneness meditation and begin to ground ourselves.
I would like you to close your eyes.
If you don't want to close your eyes or don't feel comfortable,
Bring your knees down to the floor or to your hands.
Start with a couple deep breaths.
We're going to take a deep breath in.
And a deep breath out.
Close your eyes.
Deep breath in.
Deep breath out.
I would like you to imagine yourself in your favorite outdoor location.
I would like you to imagine that your shoes and socks are off so that you can feel the ground beneath you.
I would like you to imagine that the bottoms and soles of your feet are these roots.
These roots,
Coming out of your feet,
Go far and wide,
Deep into the earth.
These large roots keep going all the way down to the center of the earth.
Once these roots meet the center of the earth,
There is this yummy,
Tingly,
Warm energy.
This warm,
Tingly energy dances around your roots,
Climbing your roots like ivy on the side of the building,
All the way up to your feet.
This warm,
Vibrant energy dances around your feet,
Your toes,
Your ankles.
This gentle flow of energy continues up your legs,
Past your shins,
Your calves,
Your knees.
This warm,
Tingly energy continues up your legs,
Past your thighs,
Your hamstrings to your hips.
This vibrant energy gravitates to your root chakra.
This warm,
Tingly energy continues up your body,
Your spine,
Your digestive organs,
To your sacral chakra,
Your solar plexus chakra.
This soothing energy travels up your spine,
Past your rib cage,
Your lungs,
To your heart,
Filling your heart.
This gentle,
Tingly energy continues up your body,
All the way to your shoulders,
Down your arms,
All the way down to your fingertips.
Dancing around your fingertips,
Making its way back your arms,
To the shoulders,
To the neck.
From this tingly energy,
A vibrant flow continues up your neck,
To your head,
Your face,
To your forehead,
Or the third eye.
This energy continues to the top of your head,
Cleansing all the hair follicles,
From front to back,
Side to side,
Up and down.
This vibrant,
Warm,
Tingly energy is now going to your crown chakra.
Now I want you to imagine,
At the top of your head,
Is an opening.
This opening can be as small as a penny,
Or just large as a soup bowl,
Or even wider.
I want you to imagine that there is a waterfall,
Above your head.
This waterfall is a source of God's energy.
The highest vibration there is.
Cleansing your body,
Cleansing your entire being,
From head to toe,
Even enveloping into your auric field.
Visualize this waterfall energy flowing through every cell of your body,
Completing your whole being.
Both body,
Spiritual and physical,
From head to toe.
Now that we are complete from this energy,
We are going to connect with Archangel Gabriel,
To help us open and clear our throat chakra.
Now I want you to imagine that there is a door in front of you.
We are going to walk to this door together.
We are going to go ahead and grab the handle.
We are going to take a deep breath in,
And a breath out.
We are going to step out,
And we see Archangel Gabriel there,
Waiting for us.
So happy to see us.
Archangel is the Archangel of communication.
That is why she is going to help us with clearing our throat chakra today.
For me,
When I go out,
I see a massage table there,
Waiting for me to lay there,
So she can work on my throat chakra.
It might look different for you.
Whatever you see is completely valid.
Now for me,
She is changing the massage table into a hammock.
I want you to walk up to Archangel Gabriel,
And let's thank her.
Thank you Archangel Gabriel for your time today,
Helping us clear our throat chakra.
You may sit or lay,
Depending on what you see,
And what Archangel Gabriel is providing for you.
For me,
I am going to lay in the hammock.
Archangel Gabriel is going to put her hands hovering over our throat chakra.
She is going to provide us with oneness energy.
For me,
You might see her pull out your throat chakra,
Cleansing it,
Looking at it.
If you are using your imagination,
See what the throat chakra looks like.
Is it dull?
Some people might see it as gray,
Even though the throat chakra is blue,
Because we need to work on it.
When she works on it,
She might ask you some questions.
You respond to them.
I am going to give you a moment with Archangel Gabriel,
For her to communicate with you.
If you don't receive any questions from her,
Focus on the feeling,
And what it would be like for her to work on your throat chakra.
Is she using anything specific,
Or is she just using her hands and her energy?
Do you have any blockages around your throat chakra?
If there are blockages,
She might ask you some questions,
And help you to release those blockages.
She might bring up some memories that might reflect on why your throat chakra is closed.
She might give you some steps in order to help you open up your throat chakra.
Is she saying that working on your throat chakra is going to be a lifelong journey?
Because we are human,
We do have an egoic mind.
It's important to do maintenance on our chakras.
Not just on our seven main chakras,
But all the chakras in our system.
We need to do self-care.
Take time.
Cleanse.
To revitalize.
Ourselves.
We are two bodies.
We are the physical body,
And the spirit body.
Your spirit body is just a little bit hovering over your body.
Are you noticing a difference with your throat chakra?
For me,
I'm noticing that my throat chakra is a little bit brighter than it was before.
It even has a little shine to it.
Is she saying if you don't notice a difference,
That's okay.
But there is a difference.
You just might have to come multiple times before you can actually notice the difference.
It takes work.
Trust your voice,
Is what she's saying.
Trust your intuition.
Trust your gut.
I'm going to give you one more moment with Archangel Gabrielle.
Then we will thank her and make our way back to our bodies.
We're going to slowly stand up.
We're going to thank Archangel Gabrielle for her work today.
For helping me clear any boggages that I had in the throat chakra.
Any cleansing that I needed.
She was always willing to help us.
Help us with our communication.
Now let's say goodbye.
See you later.
To Archangel Gabrielle,
Because it's never goodbye.
She's always working with us.
And you can always come back to this place.
If you attend my other meditations.
For me,
When I work with each Archangel.
It's always in a different location.
But if I'm working with all of them together,
It's usually at my house on the other side.
Maybe it's different for you.
Maybe you work with all the Archangels in one location.
On the other side,
That's completely fine.
Again,

Now we walk back to the door.
Back to our favorite outdoor location.
We're going to open the door together.
Put our hand on the handle and take a deep breath in.
And feel our throat chakra lining up.
Now that we're back in our favorite outdoor location.
Let's put our shoes and socks back on.
And let's reunite with our body.
Wiggling our feet.
Wiggling our toes.
