Day two,
I'm adding movement into each day with ease.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Settle in,
Release any tension in your neck,
Your shoulders,
Your back,
Your wrists,
Ankles,
Fingers and toes.
Close your eyes,
Unclench your jaw,
Relax your forehead and take another deep breath in and out.
I am slim,
Fit and healthy.
I choose foods with ease that support my body.
I move daily with grace and flexibility.
I find movement fun and exactly what my body and mind both need daily.
I love walking outside,
Connecting with the earth,
The breeze,
The sun,
The birds and the trees.
Getting movement in each day is enjoyable.
I'm letting go of the past feelings of no pain,
No gain.
My body was made to stretch and move daily,
Be flexible and be strong.
I enjoy trying out new activities.
I can see myself just up ahead in one month's time,
A little bit stronger,
Healthier and happier.
I see myself walking daily,
Getting enjoyable movement in when I can.
Maybe parking in the last spot when I'm out and about or taking the stairs over the elevator.
I love walking outside,
Five minutes here,
Ten minutes there or even enjoying a half an hour to an hour.
I love moving my body.
I love trying new ways to move,
Maybe in class settings,
Maybe with friends or even at home in the comfort of my own space.
Now I see myself in the future,
Six months ahead from now,
Radiating,
Glowing with health and wellness and happiness from the inside out.
I love getting movement in daily and found so many fun ways to get here,
Strong,
Fit and healthy.
I envision myself taking classes or swimming,
Hiking or walking,
Maybe even jogging.
I am at peace with food and I am at peace with my body.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now I'm going to visualize myself a year from now.
I see myself strong,
Balanced,
Stable.
I have these new habits and routines.
It's almost hard to remember the old ones I had in the past.
I let go of all of those habits that were weighing me down and I've replaced them with new ones that are uplifting and healthy.
I am happy.
I am proud.
My body and mind are both strong and healthy.
This path of taking care of myself,
Of moving daily,
Has helped me in all the areas of my life.
