Hi everyone,

I'm Kristen Powers and today's meditation is focused on health.

Take a moment and relax sitting on a meditation pillow,

The floor,

A chair,

Or if you'd like laying in your bed.

Wiggle out any tensions you're holding in your wrists,

Your arms,

Your fingers,

Your shoulders.

Maybe rotating your head and neck around or side to side.

Maybe stretch out your lower back,

Your ankles,

And wiggle your toes.

Close your eyes,

Relax your forehead,

Your face,

And your jaw.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

I want you to visualize yourself just a little up ahead in the future,

21 days from now.

See yourself a little bit healthier,

A little bit happier,

A little bit more at peace.

I can see myself in the morning drinking a fresh glass of water and being grateful.

I see myself moving my body in the way it needs.

I crave healthy,

Fresh foods like crisp vegetables,

Refreshing fruit.

I eat balanced,

Nutritious meals.

I can see myself up ahead 21 days and I see myself taking the steps I need to get there.

I see myself taking these steps all with ease and joy.

I am making healthier choices over the next 21 days with ease and joy.

I can see myself taking my vitamins.

I'm grateful for the clean water and the means to buy what I need.

I am easily letting go of habits that no longer serve me and creating new ones that do.

Take a deep breath in and out.

I am creating healthy habits,

Habits that make me stronger,

Make me more flexible,

Habits that bring me more peace and more joy,

Habits that create more mindfulness in my daily routine.

I am ready.

Take another deep breath in and deep breath out.

Take the next few moments to just visualize in your own way the person you see just 21 days from now,

A healthier version of you.

See yourself in the steps you take daily to become her,

To become all the best pieces that you are today.

Maybe watering them like a flower,

Helping us to bloom.

When you're finished,

Just take your time coming back to the here and now.

Take a couple breaths to yourself and enjoy the rest of your day.
