An opportunity to begin again.
Do you ever wake up feeling sluggish because you immediately start thinking about what happened yesterday or fear what the new day ahead may bring?
These feelings start to pile up one on top of the other.
And you may feel overwhelmed and find yourself exhausted even before you get out of bed.
So take a moment and pause and ask yourself this question.
How do you want to start your day feeling?
I'm thinking you probably want to feel more calm,
Relaxed,
And peaceful,
Right?
Let's create a peaceful,
Calm morning together.
You can do this practice lying down or sitting.
Find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Notice any sounds around you.
Try not to label these sounds as good or bad.
They're just sounds coming and going.
Begin to notice the breath,
The natural breath.
Try not to change the breath,
Just notice.
If your mind takes you in an unexpected detour,
It's okay.
Come back to your breath.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
