Let's go to the toy factory tonight,

Getting yourself as cozy and comfortable as you possibly can.

How can you make yourself even more comfortable?

Can you grab a pillow,

A blanket,

Maybe your favorite stuffed animal?

Just allow yourself to really rest here.

It's been a long,

Big day,

And you deserve some time for yourself.

I want you to see if you can relax your entire body.

Let's start with your head.

Can you imagine that there is a bright blue light shining and spinning above your head?

This bright blue light spreads down through your body and relaxes each and every part that it touches.

Spinning with your head,

The blue light shines down,

Relaxing your forehead,

Relaxing your eyes,

Closing them now,

Relaxing your ears,

Your nose,

Your cheeks,

And your jaw,

Even your chin.

This blue light spreads all the way down your neck,

Softly moving across your shoulders,

Dropping them down into the surface you're laying on.

This blue light softly spreads down your right arm and your left arm,

And it reaches all the way down to your fingertips.

This blue light spreads down your chest and your belly,

Relaxing both softly and gently.

It heads down your right leg and your left,

Past your knees,

Across your shins and all the way down to the tips of your toes,

Each and every one of them.

You are so relaxed now.

Your whole body is covered in this blue light that makes you feel calm and peaceful,

And like you are floating on a cloud.

Take a nice big breath in through your nose like you are smelling a freshly baked cookie,

And then let out a nice long exhale like you are cooling it off before eating it.

Try that one more time.

Imagine now that you are inhaling,

Smelling a freshly baked cookie,

And letting out a nice long exhale,

Imagining like you are cooling it off before you can eat it.

You feel so peaceful and relaxed now.

Imagine now that you are magically transported outside of a large yellow building.

There is a big sign on this building that says,

Welcome to the Toy Factory.

You smile with excitement,

You gently press open the doors that are made of Legos,

And you walk into an amazing production of thousands and thousands of toys.

You look around and you see trains,

Unicorns,

Stuffed animals,

Planes,

Cars,

And so much more.

Look around and see if you can find your favorite toy here.

I'm sure you can find it.

What else do you see as you look around this magnificent Toy Factory,

Taking a nice big inhale and let out a nice long exhale,

It feels so good and so joyful to be here.

One of the workers asks you if you'd like to come learn how to make a teddy bear.

Of course,

You say.

You head into another room where there is a big rectangular machine filled with soft cloud-like material.

This is what goes inside the teddy bears.

On the other side,

You see the teddy bear material ready to be filled so that they are soft and ready to be cuddled.

The worker shows you how to fill the teddy bear with the soft cloud-like material,

So you go ahead and make the cutest teddy bear you possibly can.

The first one turns out really well,

So you decide to make some more.

You make one,

Two,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine,

Ten.

You've made ten teddy bears now.

Take a look at them and decide which one you would like to take home with you.

You pick your favorite one and you even search for a nice outfit for your teddy bear to wear.

What kind of outfit are you going to put them in?

You even decide to give your teddy bear a name.

What did you decide to name them?

You have had the best day at the toy factory.

You can't wait to come back again soon.

It's been a long day,

So you decide to head home for some rest.

So just rest your body now.

It's time for sleep.

It's time for sleep.

Cuddling your new teddy bear.

Feeling peaceful and relaxed.

Peaceful and relaxed.

Resting here.

There's nowhere else to be.

Resting here.

It's time for sleep.

Slowly,

Slowly,

You drift off to sleep.

Slowly,

Slowly,

You drift off to sleep.

You are so at peace.

You feel so safe.

You feel so calm.

Sweet dreams.
