This course is for kids ages 4-10 years old and includes a set of 5 audio sleep meditations. Each sleep meditation will help your child unwind and relax as they use their imagination to go on a sleepy scavenger hunt, learning a new calming bedtime tool each night. Each track includes kid-friendly deep breathing, a body-scan, guided visualization and the practice of a calming strategy. The sleep meditation ends softly in-case they fall asleep during.
