Good meditation. Good questions. My two questions are where am I? and am I safe? Usually my threat to my peace is not even real but in my mind. When I realize I am in a safe space and not in danger it calms me and my fears.

A very clear and practical session with useful tools. Excellently explained and positioned. Really enjoyed this and got a lot from it. Good tools to use on a regular basis. Thank you.

I think more frequently as I age of ‘letting go’, but find with a specific lifetime attachment that it is not easy, so I practice, and I pray. I recognize when I tell a friend “I’m my own worst enemy sometimes” that it is at its core related to this unwelcome attachment that causes me to suffer needlessly. I appreciate your helpful words, and will return to them. 🙏
