Welcome to this 10-minute breathwork to energize your body.
Before we begin,
Make sure you're sitting or lying down comfortably,
With your spine as straight as possible.
This breathwork will activate your energy,
Wake up your fascia,
And open your inner pathways.
You might feel tingling,
Warmth,
Vibration,
Or lightness.
All of that is your energy moving again.
Because when you feel tired or you feel out of energy,
Then it is just your energy being stuck within your body.
Energy cannot go out of your body,
It's always there,
It's just stuck.
And with this breathwork,
We're going to move it again through your body.
We're going to do 3 rounds of 2 minutes of breathwork.
And we're going to increase the breath hold during the rounds.
So I want you to,
In every round,
Breathe in through the nose,
And breathe out through the mouth.
In,
And out.
And we're going to repeat that for 2 minutes.
And from there on,
You may already feel tingling,
You feel a change of your inner state.
And then you're going to take a big inhale,
And exhale all air that you've got.
And then you hold your exhale,
So there's no air within your lungs.
And this,
In the first round,
We're going to hold for 30 seconds,
Second round for 1 minute,
And third round for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
And then this breath hold is where the magic happens.
And when you feel that you cannot longer hold your breath,
Then just take in a little bit of air,
And breathe out again,
And try to hold again until the round is closed.
We're going to repeat this for 3 rounds,
And you are in total control of how deep and how intense you go.
So make yourself comfortable.
Bring your hands down on your body.
Let the tension go on your shoulders,
And then drop down towards the earth.
Let your forehead go.
So let's get started.
Take a deep breath in through the nose,
And let it go.
In for 4.
And out.
In.
Like a circle.
Breathe in.
Without any pause,
Exhale.
Imagine your breath going in a circle.
In and out.
In through the nose for 4.
And out through the mouth for 4.
Keep going.
We have 2 minutes here.
Keep breathing.
In and out without any pause.

You're doing great.
The bigger your inhale,
And the calmer your exhale,
The deeper you can go into this state.
The more bliss you will feel through the breath hold.

Imagine to go like a circle.
In and out without any pause.
Inhale with stress and exhale calm.
In with stress and exhale slowly.
Let it fully out.
Feel the energy already rising throughout your body.
Feel all energy pathways open up.
Keep breathing the last 20 seconds.
Keep going.
In and out without any pause.
Breathe in with stress.
Give it all that you've got.
And exhale calm.
And now take one final deep breath in.
And fully exhale.
And when all the air is out of your lungs,
Then hold your breath.
Hold it for 30 seconds.
You can do it.
Just relax your shoulders.
Relax your forehead.
And just feel into the bliss.
Notice what's happening within your body.
Notice how your thoughts change.
How your heartbeat is changing.
We have the last 10 seconds coming up.
Hold your breath if you can.
And if not,
Sip in a little bit more air and breathe out again.
And now take a deep breath in.
Hold at the top for 15 seconds.
Hold your breath and now try to push all your energy up into your throat.
And from your throat even more up into your forehead.
And hold it here for the last 5,

And exhale.

And we're going to go straight into the second round.
If you want to go deeper,
Then you breathe in through the mouth.
And exhale through the mouth.
If you want to stay a little bit more calm,
Then you breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Just as in round number 1.
Keep it in a circular movement.

The more you inhale,
The faster you inhale.
The more stress you bring in,
The more intense the bliss on the outer side will be.
