Hello beautiful soul,

Welcome to a new day,

A fresh start filled with endless possibilities.

Take a moment to settle into this space,

Gently closing your eyes if it feels comfortable.

Let's begin with a deep breath,

Breathe in through your nose,

Feel the cool air filling your lungs,

Hold for a moment and slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

As you breathe naturally now,

Bring your awareness to the present moment.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The support it offers and the stillness that surrounds you.

You are exactly where you need to be.

Now bring your attention to your heart space,

Picture a soft golden light glowing within you,

Warm and radiant.

With every inhale,

See this light grow brighter,

With every exhale,

Feel it spreading throughout your body,

Filling you with energy,

Peace and clarity.

Silently repeat these affirmations to yourself.

I welcome this day with love and gratitude.

I am ready to receive the blessings it holds.

I am strong,

Capable and aligned with my purpose.

Take a moment to imagine your day ahead.

Picture yourself moving through it with ease and with joy,

From waking up in the morning,

Going to work,

Talking to others,

To moving your body,

Eating and going back to sleep.

Take one last deep breath in and as you exhale,
