Now let yourself sink into the warmth of this moment,
As if you hear the soft rustle of the leaves in the distant breeze.
This is your sanctuary,
A space where time slows and the whispers of your soul become clear.
Feel roots extending from your body,
Diving deep into the earth's heart.
Feel her embrace as she whispers,
Wrap around you like a soft blanket.
Now I want you to picture yourself walking along a familiar path,
The scent of the flowers blooming,
Or the feel of the sand beneath you.
With each step,
The air grows softer,
More welcoming,
As if you are being guided somewhere special.
Ahead,
You see a doorway,
Shimmering with light.
It calls to you,
It's warm,
You step closer and place your hands on that door.
On the other side,
You find a space filled with memories,
A playground,
A favorite hiding space,
Or perhaps a quiet corner where you once dreamed.
In this space,
You see your inner child waiting,
Or sitting quietly.
Do they seem joyful,
Or shy,
Or maybe curious?
Let yourself approach gently,
Like a soft breeze touching their face.
Be soft and steady as you say to them,
Just as you are.
Feel the warmth of this moment,
Like sunlight breaking through clouds.
If they share words or feelings with you,
Listen deeply,
And let them know they are safe to express anything.
You are the connection,
Knowing that this is a space that you can come back to at any time to reassure your inner child and to fully see them,
Or simply your presence.
Imagine their light emerging with yours,
Like a soft flame always alive within,
Knowing that you can come back to this place,
This connection,
At any time,
Taking a deep breath in through your nose,
The safety of your body,
Open your eyes and return to the present,
Knowing your inner child is forever with you.
