Today,

On Struck Inside Out,

The heart's message.

Close your eyes softly.

Take a gentle,

Full breath in.

And let it flow out slowly.

Take another full breath in,

And let it go.

Take one more full breath in,

And release.

Allow the world around you to soften and fade.

Let yourself settle into your body,

Into the quiet space where your truth lives.

And bring your awareness to your heart,

The center of knowing,

Feeling,

And remembering who you are.

Let your breath rest here,

Softening your chest,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw.

Place both hands on your heart,

And silently to yourself say,

I am here,

I am present,

I can hear you.

Notice what arises inside,

The softening,

The opening,

The gentle expansion,

The softening the space that emerges when you offer yourself care,

Attention,

And kindness.

Say it again softly,

I am here,

I am present,

I can hear you.

Now gently turn your attention inward,

And ask your heart,

What have I been longing to share?

Notice whatever comes,

A word,

An image,

A feeling,

There's no need to analyze or judge,

Just witness.

And then ask,

What am I ready to release from this year?

Feel the parts of yourself holding old patterns,

Fears,

Or stories,

And imagine them slowly letting go,

Drifting away with compassion.

Invite your heart to answer,

What do I want to welcome into the new year?

Notice the feelings,

Qualities,

And experiences your heart longs for,

Joy,

Courage,

Clarity,

Ease,

Love.

Just notice what comes up.

Picture yourself moving through the year,

Aligned with this new truth.

Feel how it shifts your energy,

Your choices,

And your presence.

Offer gratitude to the parts of yourself that guided you this year.

Thank them for their care,

Protection,

And lessons.

And take a long,

Deep inhale.

And exhale fully,

Allowing clarity and calm to settle into your being.

And whisper softly,

I am here for myself,

I trust myself,

I am open to what the new year holds.

I am here for myself,

I trust myself,

I love myself.

And when you feel ready,

Bring yourself back into your body,

Back into your room,

And gently open your eyes,

Carrying the quiet guidance,

Wisdom,

And clarity of your heart into today and forward into the new year.
