Sleep meditation - All Is Well, Peace Be Still

Blessings and welcome to the path to freedom and this sleep meditation called all is well so peace be still my name is Daniel Roqueo and I'm grateful and honored that you're choosing to join me that you're choosing to tune in to this space of moving into a beautiful night of peaceful sleep and so in this moment I invite you to make yourself comfortable whatever that means to you if you lay on your belly or your back on your side if you fluff the pillows whatever that means I invite you to make yourself very very comfortable and I invite you to close your eyes and join with me in a deep cleansing healing breath breathing in breathing in peace and breathing out everything and anything that is not in alignment with peace breathing in harmony and breathing out everything that is not in alignment with harmony one last deep breath in breathing in balance and releasing that which is not in alignment with balance and I invite you to close your eyes and give your smile permission to express this smile is sending the signals to the body that all is well so that the body may begin to relax and allow for tonic and healing chemicals to be produced and distributed and as you're now preparing yourself to move into sleep I want you to know right off the bat that you are God's beloved and the God in you is well pleased that you are God's beloved and the God in you is well pleased that you just like the lily on the field is abundantly provided for you're eternally sourced fueled and funded that whatever you are moving through whatever challenges you are facing they they are facing the loving presence the one mind the one life the one source of everything they are not facing you but they are facing that which is all there is so knowing this I invite you to give your body permission to let each breath move it into deeper and deeper relaxation I invite you to give your muscles permission to relax with each breath to become heavier and heavier and in this now moment I invite you to turn your attention toward the breath to release the content in your mind and turn your attention toward the breath and simply observe how the air flows in and out how the chest rises and falls is such a beautiful harmonious and wholesome way that how left to itself the body knows so beautifully and perfectly when to breathe and how to breathe so there is nothing you need to do other than to observe and witness the breath as it happens and I invite you to take on the feeling tone that all is well that all is well and just listen to my words and allow them to move you deeper and deeper and deeper into the stillness and into the silence and what I know to be true about you what I know to be true about your life is that all is well right where you are that something wonderful is happening right where you are that everything is working for your highest good in this now moment in every single moment there is this loving presence that is all there is that is every space and place and being an object that is every moment that is every leaf on any tree that is every snowflake that is every raindrop that is every grain of sand every drop of water every bug every mosquito every fly that is every sound every song every word that is the silence in between all sounds that is all things that is the nothingness in between all things this loving presence that is the creation as well as the creator and this loving presence is benevolent it is good it is loving it is always for itself as it cannot ever be against itself as it cannot ever go against itself as it cannot ever contradict itself or compromise itself or diminish itself it cannot ever divide itself into parts but wherever this loving presence is it is all there is and you are one with it you and this loving presence are one you are what it is and it is what you are it is every aspect of your life just like the wave cannot ever be separated from the ocean so can you not ever be separated from this loving presence you and this loving presence that is sometimes called God that is sometimes called spirit that is sometimes called higher power that is sometimes called life with a capital L or the universe or infinite intelligence whatever we call this loving presence you are it and it is who and what you are you in this moment in every single moment are unique perfect whole and complete expression emanation of this the one there's never been a moment in your life there will not ever be a moment in your life where you are set apart from where you are divided from where you are separated from this loving presence so it is from this awareness of absolute oneness that I know that you in this moment in every single moment are blessed beyond imagination that I know that you in this moment in every single moment are eternally sourced fueled and funded that all of your needs are met that everything you need to keep moving forward to keep allowing for the next great and grand version of who and what you are to emerge that you just like that lily on the field just like all of nature is abundantly provided for and that there's nothing you need to do to deserve it to be worthy of it to qualify yourself for it but you in this moment in every single moment are God's beloved and in you God is well pleased so my dear beloved all is well peace be still all is well peace be still this loving presence has got your back it has got your front it has got your life it has got your path it has got you it has got you in such a loving grace filled and abundant way keep relaxing keep leaning in keep trusting keep surrendering and allow the all is well to demonstrate to manifest itself in your life there's nothing you need to do there's nothing you need to make happen because the highest possibility for you and your life already exists in this infinite mind just like the highest possibility for an oak tree exists within the acorn so does the highest possibility for you exist within your self and in every single moment you are being so beautifully and powerfully guided and moved and led toward that possibility you allow it to emerge allow it from within know that you in this moment in every single moment have everything that you need to allow for the next great and grand version of who and what you are to emerge know the you in this moment in every single moment are missing nothing lacking nothing but everything is fully and freely given was fully and freely given even before you came on to this planet all is well so peace be still all is well so peace be still be still and know that all is well be still and know that all is well for each breath your muscles are relaxing more and more and more allow a deep and profound sense of knowing that all is well to well up from within I know that about you I know about you that all is well I know about you that something wonderful is happening I know about you that everything absolutely everything is working for your highest good now always and forever anything else than that anything less than that would be God going against itself and that cannot be because God is always for itself God cannot be against itself and as God is all there is and as God is good the only thing that is happening where you are in your life is this loving presence and good so all is well peace be still my dear beloved all is well so peace be still now always and forever as you're drifting off into this peaceful restful and rejuvenated sleep all your needs are provided for everything you need is fully and freely given you are eternally sourced fueled and funded in such a beautiful and powerful way simply because you and spirit are one simply because you and spirit are in absolute oneness you in this moment in every single moment are unique perfect whole and complete expression as abundantly provided for as all of nature as beautifully provided for as all of nature does not ever need to make anything happen the acorn is not making the oak tree happen the lilac seed is not making the lilac bush happen the egg is not making the chicken happen but everything emerges from within all guided and moved and led orchestrated designed by the divine intelligence that is the only thing there is the same divine intelligence that makes sure that your heart is beating and makes sure that your lungs are breathing and that the oxygen is circulated throughout your body the same divine intelligence that put the Sun and the moon and the earth at the exact right distance from each other so that life may arise here on this planet the same divine intelligence that makes sure that the seasons come and go in perfect order the tide flows in and out just as it is meant to the same divine intelligence that have allowed for evolution of all species here on this planet to come to the point where they are now not through their making not through their doing but through the making and doing of this divine intelligence and you are it you are one with it you are what it is it is what you are so all is well peace be still all is well so peace be still all is well so peace be still you are God's beloved and in you God is well pleased you are God's beloved and in you God is well pleased something wonderful is happening in your life right now right now everything is working for your highest good now always forever as your body relaxes even more I know that wonderful healing is happening right now powerful expansion is happening right now that beautiful releasing and letting go of that which no longer serves is happening right now that love is happening right now that peace is happening right now that harmony and wholeness and health are happening right now right where you are this I know I affirm I decree I declare that this is so and I give thanks for it all knowing that it is done knowing that in the infinite mind of spirit this has already happened this was before the beginning of time and it is now happening it is now demonstrating it is now manifesting itself here in this dimension in as and through you all is well so peace be still my beloved I let it all be so it is so be
