Thank you for taking part in this guided meditation.
Today,
We will reach out to the universe around us and invite any higher dimensional beings which may be available to join us to share the space and to help us as we come to clear our energetic fields and step into living lives of energetic abundance.
And so,
Please come to find a comfortable seated position where your spine is straight and your sit bones are rested firmly onto the seat below you.
Imagine a string was tied to the top of your head and feel it pulling you lightly upward.
Imagine the string is cut and sink down onto your seat,
Feeling your body relax into your posture.
Pull your shoulders down and back,
Opening your chest wide and lift your heart space.
Ensure your chin is lightly tucked and if you haven't already,
Close your eyes.
On your next inhalation,
Take a full breath in,
Filling yourself completely and hold.
Squeeze in the muscles around your spine and release.
Let's take one more deep breath like this and so breathe fully in and hold.
Squeeze all the muscles in around your spine and feel that energy rising upwards.
And release.
Perfect.
Allow your breath to fall back into a natural,
Uncontrolled rhythm.
Simply witness its natural flow,
Do not make any attempt to control it.
Simply watch your breath as it comes in and out.
And let's just stay here for a few moments.
And now,
Let's briefly scan through our bodies,
Releasing any tension we find as we go.
And so start at the top of your head,
Feel into the muscles of your face,
Feel into your jaw.
Allow your tongue to relax and let go of any tension.
Let that focus down into your neck and your shoulders,
Your arms and your hands.
Let it all relax.
Feel into your chest and upper back.
Breathe into the space and let go of all holding.
Feel this wave of relaxation moving down into your abdomen,
Your belly and your lower back.
Let all tightness leave you now.
Feel into the base of your spine,
Your root.
Feel it connected to the seat below you and the earth which holds you steady.
Feel yourself held by gravity and sink into its embrace.
Feel down into your hips and your thighs.
Relax it all as you bring your attention to your knees,
Your ankles and your feet.
Feel it all relax.
Feel any tension release.
And allow yourself to fully sink in,
Into this posture,
Into this practice.
And now,
Having quieted our minds and relaxed our bodies,
Let us call in our higher dimensional friends and family members.
These may be our guides.
They may be angelic beings.
They may be extraterrestrials.
They may be ascended masters.
They might even be our higher selves.
We invite all of these beings who have come here connected to each one of us taking part in this meditation.
We ask them to join with us as we meditate here.
We ask them to add the power of their consciousness to our own.
We ask them humbly to provide any assistance to upgrade us however they might be able to,
To gently guide us,
To provide us insights,
To help us as we work to release any energetic holding and to empower ourselves to live lives of energetic abundance.
And so feel these higher dimensional beings joining us now,
Whoever they may be for you.
Allow yourself to open to the awareness of their presence.
Let us imagine ourselves wading out into the still waters of a mountain lake.
Let us see that those who are meditating with us are here as well,
But there's plenty of space for all of us.
As we wade deeper into the water,
Feel that this water is healing,
That this water is cleansing and that by simply being here,
We are releasing any negative thoughts or feelings which we've taken on.
So feel your hands dropping down into the water.
Feel your hips dropping down into the water and allow yourself to dive forward,
To roll over and float on your back,
Atop the beautiful waters of this mountain lake.
And feel yourself floating.
Feel the water beneath you and allow it to absorb any anxieties,
Any negative emotions,
And allow any beings which are here with us to assist in the process.
So often we take on energies without being aware.
We can absorb the energy of our collective,
Other times we can produce our own negativities and we hold those energies within our body.
And so just breathe deeply here,
Floating on this lake and allow yourself to alchemize any of these tensions,
Any of these anxieties.
Let them alchemize into deep breath and let them leave you,
Accepting assistance from the transcendent power of the water itself and our higher dimensional friends and family members.
Here.
Realize that this lake we've been floating on is a representation of universal life force energy.
And realize that as it's been cleansing your own feel,
Your own body,
It's also been filling you up with its abundant energy.
And so feel that energy now.
Feel it in your heart space.
Breathe in and out of your heart.
Imagine as you breathe in a field of glowing golden energy surging into your chest through you into the waters below.
And as you breathe out,
See that same field of golden glowing energy emerge back through you to the space above your chest.
And stay here,
Breathing this energy in and out,
Allowing yourself to open your energetic channels,
To open to your own heart's energy,
Allowing it to give and take naturally,
Sharing its love with others,
While also taking in the love that's offered to you from the universe itself.
Let Now imagine yourself coming to shore,
Standing at the edge of this lake and finding a moment of meditative seat around its outer edge.
And see that you're joined by all of us meditating here.
You're joined by our friends and family from higher dimensional realities.
And see that there are others here as well.
Other people you weren't aware of around the planet who are on the same path as we are,
Who are undertaking the same challenges,
Who are carving the same bold path towards enlightenment.
And hold space for all of us here.
The abundant energy which you're receiving from the universe with everyone else and receive that same energy back.
Realize that we live in a universe of energetic abundance.
And so just rest here,
Feeling yourself connect with everyone meditating with us,
With our friends and family members around the world,
With our higher dimensional friends which have so graciously joined us here for these proceedings.
Feel your heart expanding.
Feel the empowerment of your energetic field.
And just allow these upgrades to happen.
Just allow this process to do its work.
Good.
Finally,
Having cleared our energetic fields,
Having empowered our hearts and found our own channels of universal energy,
Let us seal this practice by inviting those who have joined us from higher dimensions to share any knowledge,
Any wisdom,
Any insight,
Any guidance they may have for us.
And so let's rest here silently,
Open to receive anything that may come through.

Sense the space around you.
