Thank you for joining me today.
So often we get caught up in our worldly affairs and lose sight of the fact we are but one small facet of a beautifully intricate universe.
We forget that the micro affects the macro,
That every bit of this existence is connected energetically and that the work we do to heal ourselves is crucial to the growth and the healing of the entire conscious universe.
So today we gather with the intention of not only healing and harmonizing any parts of ourselves which may be out of alignment with our highest expression,
But also to heal and harmonize the entirety of the universe.
Please make sure you are in a comfortable seated position.
Feel free to lie down if that suits you better.
Just make sure your spine is straight from the base of your sit bones and their connection to your seat all the way up through the crown of your head.
And leave your palms resting face up,
On your lap if you're sitting and on the floor beside you if you're lying down.
Anytime you're ready,
Let your eyes fall closed and let's really loosen our muscles here.
Work down through your body starting with the muscles in your face and relax any tension you find.
Let your shoulders relax downward,
Free from tightness but still keeping your heart space open.
Let a wave of relaxation sweep down through your chest,
Into your stomach and lower back.
Feel the wave of deep calm spread down into your hips,
Thighs,
Ankles and feet.
Really let yourself go.
Let yourself relax.
On your next inhalation,
I want you to take a really deep breath in.
Feel yourself all the way up and hold your breath,
Squeezing your stomach,
Your chest and back muscles.
Squeeze them in and release with a sigh.
Feel the relaxation and take another deep breath in,
All the way.
Take a couple extra sips in through your mouth and hold your breath.
Squeeze and release.
Allow your mind to grow quiet,
Falling into rhythm with your body and the space around you.
Disappear into your focus on this moment.
This experience,
The natural rhythms of your breath.
Come to sense your connection with the earth.
Feel the pull of gravity as it holds you firmly.
Feel the mass,
The weight of the planet and see yourself rooted down,
Energetically entwined with its massive core.
Let us feel ourselves being nourished by the planet.
Feel it making us strong,
Making us stable.
Now let us come back to our breath,
Not controlling,
Only witnessing,
Watching with bare attention the light and steady rhythms of our natural breath.
And here,
In this sacred place,
We humbly ask any beings of higher dimensionality who share our purpose of manifesting and stepping into a more harmonic universe to join us here.
And take part in meditating together as a collective.
Feel these beings joining us now.
These beings may be our guides,
Terrestrial or extraterrestrial beings of higher dimensionality,
Our ancestors or ascended masters.
We ask them to help us perceive the blessing of their presence,
To help us realize our part in the ever-changing conscious universe.
And we ask them to lend the power of their own consciousness to the proceedings.
Come with us as we coherently gather with the intention of stepping into universal peace and harmony.
Now,
I want you to imagine a spinning whirlpool of energy,
A golden vortex centered on your heart.
Knowing that our hearts are our portals to connection with each other and all of existence,
They're our means of rediscovering our truest nature,
Our ultimate self.
And so,
We begin to breathe into our hearts.
We see billions of particles of pure white light entering with every breath.
We see them filling the golden vortex of light at our heart.
We see the vortex grow,
Its shine becoming ever brighter,
Fueled by life force energy.
Feel your heart's connection,
Its connection with me,
Its connection to the earth,
Its connection to the beings who have joined us here and all others throughout time and space who have ever taken part in this meditation.
Feel the strength of the energy within your heart growing.
Feel it overflowing and know that this is our means for establishing a lasting universal peace by us all embracing the truth within our own hearts,
By embodying unconditional love and sharing our own truth into the world.
And so,
Let us meditate here silently together holding our intentions for co-creating a universe of harmony,
Compassion,
And fellowship.
Let us see now what our world would look like in this universe of harmony,
Seeing that all beings hold space for each other,
Living with acceptance that all of our experiences are unique and differentiated while also knowing we are ultimately the same and always connected.
See us living in harmony with all species of this planet,
Opting to see the universe as it is,
A place of energetic cooperation and companionship.
See our civilizations restructuring themselves to value and strive for the highest and greatest good of all beings.
Seek greed and pride,
Arrogance and ignorance,
Dying off and a new age of enlightenment coming forth and know this transformation is not limited to our own world.
This harmonic transformation echoes through the entire living universe,
Affecting all civilizations,
All living beings,
And every molecule of the vast conscious cosmos.
And now,
Let us find ourselves in this future.
See yourself in peace and joy,
Surrounded by our loving family and friends.
And let us establish connection with this future version of ourselves.
Let us draw it in towards us.
Feel the love.
Feel the enlightenment.
And now,
Let us take a moment so we may humbly invite these beings which have joined us here to share any guidance they may have for us.
We invite them to share with us their own light of truth and we allow ourselves to be open to receive that light unencumbered by our mind's judgments or fears,
Knowing we deserve it and that we're safe here.
Dear God,
I am opportunities.
Finally,
Let us set the intention of carrying this practice with us.
Let us decide to keep the work we've done here today going,
To spread peace as we go about our daily lives and shine the light of our own truth to all those we meet,
Remembering always we are not alone and have a family of beings who are with us,
Rooting us on and willing to help if we ask.
Now,
We come back to our bodies,
Feeling again the sensations of our physical forms,
Sensing the space of the room around us,
Stretching out any tightness that might have gathered.
And whenever you feel ready,
Open your eyes.
